All day, for many categories, they advertised a sale of 20% off but when prompted for the promo code, it would not accept it. I tried ten times. I finally alerted Customer Service, they tried and confirmed the system would not take it. Their response was "thank you for your feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve!"
I really didn't call them to help them with their processes, i called to get my discount. How crappy is that? I'm done with them.
