Do not order from this supplier
Do not order from this supplier. They are selling Insulation on their website that they cannot even source. An alternative brand was offered 2 days after placing an order, however, this cannot be accepted due to building regulations. Time and effort wasted.

Different brand stock, damaged, separate late delivery
No phone call to arrange delivery, had to call myself. Insulation was sent from different depot through DX who are completely incompetent and delivered 2 days late after 5 phone calls. All items apart from insulation were wrong - Ordered Straight edge plasterboard, got tapered. Ordered Knauf c-studs , got Tradeline. 2 U-channels were damaged and it took them 3 days to process my e-mail with pictures for a refund. Never again.

Avoid
One of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Incompetent from start to finish: sent water damaged insulation, then incorrect cheaper insulation, everything also arrived really late. We had to chase them to get responses. Constantly failed to meet delivery dates, cost us a fortune on our job. I've dealt with poor companies before but this company really will be hard to beat in terms of ineptitude.

ordered on the 10th april 2017. first part of it arrived on the 12 , second part on the 17th and im still waiting for the balance on the 21st.
Calls to them are 45p per minute and they put you on hold.
I cannot recommend them and would definately never use them again. 01401951

Terrible Service
They called to tell me when shipment was arriving. Didnt arrive 10 phone calls later they tell me its arriving a week late. Bad service. Checked and they below to the TP Group. Would not have used them if known as they are a shower of incompetents.

Stress-free building supplies
I needed to insulate the space beneath the joists in an unusual extension to my house. I was advised to use Celotex insulation board. A Google search lead me to Insulation Giant. The website was easy to use, what I needed was in stock, prices competitive and once I'd ordered I got the promised phone-call to confirm delivery.
The insulation was delivered today 3 May (exactly as promised) by their delivery company CCF. The product was as described and received in good condition. Most importantly for me - the delivery was on time as I have a jobbing builder booked and it is essential that I have the insulation ready for him.
Overall, a good experience and I would buy from this company again.
