Excellent service and confirmation of position.

Myself and my family have been with 365 for many years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Adele has always been very patient and very thorough when renewing my policy or looking for insurance for a new car. Absolute 5 star service.

Have our house and car insurance with Insure 365. Have dealt with Martin & Adel for a few years, and they work hard to find the best Insurance for our needs.

Wouldn't go anywhere else now, the easiest people to deal with and in my experience you only have to deal with one of two people, Martin or Adel.
I have car and Van policys with them, they will do what they can for you, lovely people who are not crooks 10/10

I have been a customer of insure365 for a number of years now. Adele is very personable and friendly on the phone. Ideally i like to buy products or services from people that I trust rather than just being a number and my interactions with Adele in particular have always been great. I had to make an alteration to my policy partway through a policy year and it was quickly sorted out. Seems a good company and I would recommend.

Insure365 are an absolute pleasure to deal with. All of the staff I've ever spoken to have, without exception, been friendly and professional, and are very customer focused. I've been using them for a number of years now, and don't even consider going elsewhere at renewal time as the service I get from them is worth anything I might save by shopping around.

This is my second year with Insure 365 and wont be my last. The advisers are always extremely helpful and polite. The cover is explained clearly. The price is VERY competitive. Just can't praise them enough.

The staff at Insure365 don't just sell you insurance they make sure that it is right for you and advise you about the products.They are always friendly and helpful and always answer any questions or queries you have. They go that extra mile to help which is getting increasingly rare these days.
I would 100% recommend Insure 365 and I have.
