I had a confused issue regarding my Travel Insurance and needed a great deal of assistance to get thru the maze. Joss a member of Insure & Go's customer service Team held my hand throughout the entire time while working towards a solution to the problem. The "Powers that be" must be very special as well since that found a way to work out all the issues to my satisfaction.
Insure & Go is now "my" Tavel Insurance Company!!!!
I can't wait to tell my fiends and family of the positive results I received from what I consider the #1 Travel Insurance Company.

I spoke with a Sasha who helped me write a policy to cover my daughter as she is traveling for the second time this year... very professional and very prompt. I will use you yet again!

I was looking for a last minute trop policy and wasn't sure which policy would be best. Lisa made the entire process simple and fast. I got my answers and policy in about 10 minutes.

A simple operation and a fair price when you buy online with no hidden extras.

This is our second time to use Insure and Go. Very good website and lower price than using the cruise line insurance.

While on a transatlantic cruise, I developed an infection in my gum, with severe pain and a swollen face. Ship's doctor gave me an antibiotic and made an appointment at our first port of call, the Azores. After x-rays and an exam, the dentist shot novacain in the area and drained the infection. She also gave me an antibiotic mouth wash. Insure and Go denied my claim because I already had periodontal disease (I have never had any problems) but we had paid for pre-existing conditions. The policy also stated that in order to be reimbursed, there had to be an accident, injury or trauma to my teeth or mouth. I feel that because I had an infection, was in pain, the side of my face was swollen the cost should be covered. I will not use Insure and Go again. Other policies that we have used would have covered up to $500 for the same problem!

Call line representative was very helpful. She provided the information that I needed.

Website was easy to navigate and gave me three options to compare.

After searching for a couple of days, my wife did a search herself and within a few minutes gave me the quote. All other companies offered everything under the sun, which causes the price to go up accordingly.
Insure and Go offered the basic plan which is what I was searhcing for.

Much easier process that could be expected. Reasonable premiums. I'm pleased with my service.

Medical emergency forced and early return home from Sydney, Australia in Feb. 2016. Contacted insureandgo with no real help. Bought a ticket home to receive immediate medical care that was not available in Sydney.
They reimbursed me for the ticket (they would not purchase) but then would not pay for my pre-paid non-refundable scheduled trip home. Said, "they already refunded me for my ticket". Subtracted the reimbursement once from my emergency ticket and THEN AGAIN from cost of my package trip return airfair cost. Nice way (crooked) to save paying non-refundable costs they say they cover.
Impossible to contact and they will not return calls. Say they will pay then don't.
Don't deal with them.

Obtaining this coverage was very easy and convenient! The cost was very much inline with other cruise insurance companies, but the coverage was primary and not secondary.

We have used InsureandGo USA two years in a row for ski trips to Europe. Year one our return flight was canceled and we had to stay extra time as flights were overbooked. The extra hotel & expenses were reimbursed.
Year two we had a minor accident on the slope and needed transport down the mountain. The transport fee was paid back to us in a timely manner.

We hope we never have to deal with a major claim. Minor claims have not been a problem and we'll continue using InsureandGo for our next trip.

Coverage options are good, but can't see the actual policy before I buy.

Checked out several sites before deciding on Insureandgo. Competitive pricing and ease of purchase were key in choosing Insureandgo.

I have used them in the past and fortunately I didn't need their services, but I was happy with what they offered.

Melissa was incredibly helpful and nice --so was Cristina. They clarified every and any doubt. I am very happy I found insuremytrip on the web. The product was comprehensive and very inexpensve. Thank you.
