After viewing a number of different policies on different web sites, we were very satisfied with the cost and coverage.

I am purchasing this policy for my trip to Dominican Republic and I am glad I purchased through insure and go! The customer service is amazing, I spoke to different representatives and they all knew they're information and took the time to explain everything in detail!

Easy to use and a very competitive price

I broke a tooth on a river cruise and went to an emergency dentist who did what he could for me, but said I would have to go to the dentist when I got home. He charged a small amount of money to grind my tooth down to keep from biting my tongue every time I spoke, but I needed a crown would have to come back to France to have it finished. I went to the dentist at home, got the crown, and submitted tons of paperwork to InsureandGo. They paid $30.00 for the dentist in France and nothing for the dentist here. It cost me $24.00 to copy all the pages of information and send them the whole report via certified mail. I was told by their rep, when I was in France that it would be completely covered, but when I returned home, they denied it. They were also supposed to get me an appointment with a dentist in France, but the ship wound up doing it because they never called back.

Josselyn Gil was very helpful in making my decision to go with Insureand Go. She reviewed my options and made it ease for my decision. The reviews were great, so I decided to move forward and make the purchase.

I had bought travel insurance every time I travel for many many yes.Some Insurance either high on the premium or low on the coverage or both. I found Insureandgo this time & notice the coverage are good with affordable premium. Fortunately I had never need to file a claim, I hope the company will have as fair & prompt service for the insurer when they need to file a claim.

Very simple and straight forward process and the rates are reasonable.

The whole process was very easy and productive. We called for assistance and the representative was polite, patient and very informative.

Just bought this policy through insuremytrip.com. Offers primary medical coverage so that I'm not dealing with my personal policy and this policy to try to navigate who would pay what. That's important to me.

From the first moment the doctors told us we had to end our vacation to the receiving of the reimbursement everything went smoothly. We left the ship in Vietnam on Chinese New Years eve. We had the insurance company's help every step of the process. The medical evacuation/medical team was arranged. We were led everywhere during this confusing time. Hospital, hotel, and transportation were all arranged for us. We just had to worry about getting better. After 12 days in Bangkok Hospital arrangement were made for our return home. We were taken right to our front door.
Our vacation of a life time was stopped after only 2 days. We had paid and arranged for so much. After the heath issues had improved my next thoughts were about all that we had missed. I gathered all the receipts and in less than a month received a check.
I would recommend this insurance company to everyone who travels.

I have not received any of my refund money because of there was a cancellation of one of my flights on the way to Infoa. Then, I had to get another flight to Kathmandu and when I was in Nepal, the earthquake hit. I had to emergency evacuate which I spent a few thousands of dollars. No one replies to my numerous emails or calls!! I would NEVER spend any money on them again!!!
Never buy!!!!!!!

Buying this policy was easy. I purchased from then since they provide primary medical coverage and had sold reviews. I had to call customer service once to make a change on the coverage. The customer service agent was very professional and helpful.

I did not have to file a claim so I cannot comment on that aspect. I plan on using InsureandGo again in the future.
