I would highly recommend studying with ICA. The support offered by the team, including tutors and back office staff is brilliant.

Had a great experience with the course and workshops.

To be honest I would have expected more interaction in relation to assignments reviews and marks especially that I had a discrepancy in my 3rd assignment mark for which I requested explanation and didn’t receive any clear feedback even after follow up. In some cases I didn’t know what went wrong, I sent several emails requesting to speak to someone in order to receive explanation but was in vain. My final assignment was very satisfying and I finally passed. On the other hand the online workshops were very good. But in terms of assignment results and feedback, I believe it wasn’t a good experience for me.
Hope you understand my point of view. I know your team has put lots of effort an I would like to thank you for that.
i followed and completed the prof.postgradute qualification in GRC.
The location of the trainings, as well as the experienced professionals that gave me their insights and guidance were more than excellent.
The assessment was again perfect as it should be between professionals.
The material and the provided guide at the web address are more than useful.
Thank you the most for this experience.

Overall the experience was good. However, I think more improvement is needed in making an electronic copy of the certificate or diploma available to candidates prior to the original being sent.
Considering the COVID situation the International Compliance Association have been so robust and handled this unprecedented circumstance. Great Job keep up the good work!!!

The course is well structured, relevant and covers practical topics. Ideal for Compliance professionals. Well done ICA. Membership subscription fee should be discounted for newly qualified hence my 4 star rating.

The faculty content coverage and it’s practical nuances were without comparison .It was indeed value for time spent

Great workshop and course material relevant to my industry.
The time issuing a certificate (over 2 months from passing) prevents this from being 5 stars

Very well-prepared working materials, challenging assignments and great guidance how to improve!

The content of the course material was second to none, along with the webinars and other related documents (handbook, reading list etc).
It really forces one to question things and always asks oneself ‘why?’.

I recently did my advanced certificate in AML. The online videos and tutors were very helpful especially the facilitator of the workshops Mr. Andrew Clarke. He was very engaging and patient and provided some good insights on how to go about the course material and answering assignment questions. The online resources were easy to access and ICA was very flexible and granted everyone on the course an extension during the COVID-19 period of April/May which was so helpful as I was working from home then.

I think reviewer should have common approach for reviewing assessment. Example: Even after checking normal assignment which was not prepared well got the same marks and one assignment which was very good prepared by candidate have got the same marks. there should be parameters for reviewer to assess the papers. I am not satisfied with the reviewer because feedback which was given to me in 1st paper and was the same feedback in second paper even after improvement.I would like to suggest reviewer should review considering one's efforts and not just to complete their task and get rid off. Thanks
Received my Diploma via email on a word document. Very easy to tamper with and not professional in the slightest.
Should I expect to receive a hard copy via postal?! It is not at all clear.
Everything was great during the course. However I worked hard to achieve the grade I did and to receive an email via word attachment with my credentials held within has devalued the authentic nature of the course and furthermore, the diploma itself.

What a great lecture, an experienced professional sharing his knowledge in a clear and prompt manner. THANKS :)

A few things are working well with ICA: Good general content about the global AML framework and engaging knowledgeable presenters. However - no real skills in investigations, intelligence or the identification of red flags are gained in the course. ICA is also not a university, but disappointingly assignments are consistently marked stricter than a university (I've been to two). My colleagues experienced the same.
While I give 4 stars to the overall course, the fact that I did not receive my certificate after 6 months of completing it, is very frustrating. I understand that Covid-19 brought a lot of changes, but it is still not an excuse for such a long wait.
It’s a great association with diversified learning programs.
Would request to ease the assessments criteria for the assignment assessment or scoring.

I found the course really useful and it had a positive impact on my success within my current and any future roles I may obtain. I would and already have recommended the course to colleagues as it really expanded my knowledge on the theory behind what we do as compliance professionals and put what we do day to day into context.
The reason for the 3 stars rather than the 5 is around the assignments and feedback. I found the feedback for the second assignment was not in relation to my knowledge of the subject but rather how the examiner wanted to see it presented. The feedback I received in relation to the content was not reflective of the grade that I was awarded. I tried to challenge this, however my feedback and score was not reviewed and I received a generic response to my query.
