I ordered a dinosaur for my grandson
I ordered a dinosaur for my grandson. It arrived a few days later and is just as advertised. He loves it and even nights when he doesn't want it heated he will cuddle it in bed. Beautiful soft animals with a lavender scent which will ease sleep.

Great quality and value
These have proven to be a hit with the family, they come in many styles, smell nice, and keep heat for a good number of hours. They're a great item for children and adults, and have proven helpful with soothing muscle aches and pains. We have three and they get used every night without fail.

Local Warmies stockists had sold out
A local shop stocks Warmies and I saw the extra long hot water bottle but stupidly didn't buy at the time. When I went back they had sold out so obviously popular, if a little pricey.
Bought to give as a Christmas present, something a bit different for someone who is always cold, so price wasn't really an issue although I wouldn't buy one at that price for myself.
Easy website to order, arrived quickly and safely, nicely packaged, and a nice looking product. Cant comment on the item itself as this was a gift.
Recipient was pleased with it.

Very good product and very good customer service. Not exactly the smell I was expecting from lavender. A bit musty but hopefully it will soon ware out and added few drop of nice lavender essence as well so it smells better.

Good product
I bought 2 new velour-covered wheat bags to replace 10 year old ones from the same company which have finally died. Product is still great - am very happy with them. Only reason for not giving a full 5-stars is because delivery was a bit slow (took well over a week).

Horrible smell...
I bought two Warmies soft toys for the kids for Christmas. One smelt horrible. So much so that my son won't have it warmed (kinda defeating the object of it!). The other smells lovely. I contacted customer support and sadly never heard back from them. I therefore wouldn't recommend buying them online as I did. If you buy them in a shop just sniff before you buy!

Don't buy - THEY ATTRACT BUGS!
02/03/20 UPDATE: OK, so since writing this review instead of contacting me to discuss the problem the company has been threatening me with legal action for writing this review.
This is against paragraph 14 of the trust pilot company guidelines and I will be reporting this to trustpilot.
My daughter had this cute purple toy dragon from her grandfather last Christmas so it’s reasonable to say that the toy is somewhere between 1-3 years old.
I put it in the microwave on a small plate for the first time today and took it back out again after about 10 seconds (It didn’t fit in my microwave).
Instantly I noticed that there were dozens of tiny bugs on the plate and after further inspection I saw that they had originated from the toy.
I have NO idea what these bugs are or if they’re even native to the UK but after a bit of research I heard that they are apparently attracted to the grain/lavender filling inside the toy.
I have also seen other posts on the internet claiming the same problem as far back as 2015 so they can’t claim ignorance and the issue has clearly not been addressed.
I’ll never buy anything from Interlex again and I'd advise anybody reading this to do the same.

Very pleased but something went wrong.
I got my warmie as a going away present. I loved it and used it a couple of time. My microwave is an older one so I would put it in for slightly alittle more than 90 seconds which made the warmie perfect. Yesterday I did the same thing for the same amount of time but the warmie came out stinking badly. I even let it air out, outside, through out the whole night but it still smells bad. I really like my warmie and I would love to learn how to take the stench away. Please help.
