Christmas sadness. My child loves his warmie turtle he opened on Christmas morning. That evening before bed we heated it and now the scent it has is unbearable. He wants nothing to do with it because it stinks so bad. We had to put it outside because the whole house was stinky. Swift service
The service I received was amazing. I bought the dragon hot water bottle as a Christmas gift. I’m sure it will be a hit.

Warmies are simply the best
Warmies are simply the best. Most of these heat pack things require you to remove a wheat pack, (fiddly), microwave it, then put it back in (fiddly). Warmies don't - you just pop the whole thing into the microwave and heat it. They stay warm for ages, there is a really great choice of animals (still liked the old triceratops :( ) and the gentle lavender smell is very pleasant. We now have about eight of them (in fact I just bought three more this week (two from Aldi)).

Not as Good as One Bought 10 Years Ago. Disappointing.
A Warmie was purchased about 10 years ago and is excellent but now aged.
Purchase of the new one on line was fine but the product very disappointing. The material is not comfortable and it does not heat up as well as the old one. I do not use the new one -- only the one bought 10 years ago.

I’ve no idea what the item is like because the carrier DPD decided I wasn’t in without knocking and has not left it. I phoned your company who have not helped at all. I was just given the carrier’s telephone number which I rang to find it only provided an answer phone message.
