5* Interactive Resorts

I have now booked 2 skiing holidays with/through Interactive Resorts and both times it has been really easy and straightforward. Their staff are really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They are really communicative and are very patient (constantly changing what I was looking for to cater for a group of 6!). James B has been brilliant this year for our holiday for 2018, and Lucy F last year for our holiday this year.
Nothing is too much trouble for these guys, and they can also help/give input with other things you might need but that they might not necessarily offer themselves e.g. flights, transfers, equipment hire, lift passes etc.

These guys have been brilliant and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have booked a few ski holidays …

We have booked a few ski holidays through Interactive resorts now and they have always been great. We've dealt directly with a few lovely members of staff but mainly Elly Boshell, who has been brilliant at answering a thousand questions every time we book! She has been great at getting us just the right holiday we need and has been in contact from booking to when we depart. I'd highly recommend the company to anyone.

We found Interactive Resorts via a web search

We found Interactive Resorts via a search for exclusive use of a chalet over the Feb 2018 half term. Despite it being after hours when searching, a company representative engaged in an online chat and helped narrow our search parameters and agreed to send a list of options soonest.
Shortly after the start of business hours on the following day, I had an email from Mike Thomas, Team leader, with a list of 6 or 7 choices. Each had a good summary of the property and the price points. We then engaged in a number of emails and telephone conversations to find the right chalet for us in terms of comfortand facilities, having had a poor experience through a different tour company in 2017. Mike knew of the chalet used in 2017 and indeed that we used in 2016 since both have appeared on the Interactive Resorts site. We could therefore be very confident that Mike was able to deliver on the expectations we had. Having confirmed the chalet required, we needed to gain confirmation across 3 families that each was happy not only with the choice but also the price. This took apx one week and Mike was not only able to hold the chalet for this period, but also the discounted price that had been offered at outset.
The booking was made and Mike then passed us across to James who has subsequently helped us with ski school, ski pass and equipment rental options.
All in all, a very good service with fast, efficient and courteous responses. They have also always responded within the timescales indicated and not required chasing.

Perfect first ski holiday with other families

We booked a catered ski chalet and flights for a group of 16 ( 3 families) through Thomas Aiston at Interactive Resorts this year - his advice was spot on, the chalet was perfect, the holiday was wonderful. On our return we promptly booked for next year, through Thomas again, in another resort as he found us the perfect chalet at a good price.
Really cannot fault anything from our experience this year and hoping next year is just as good.

Catered accommodation booking in France

My representative Katy Pigg was excellent. She catered for all our requirements and worked relentlessly to get the best deal and accommodation for the dates and location. Communication was excellent and even when my group was not exactly sure what we want she kept giving us various options to consider.

Interactive was excellent!

I booked through AJ at interactive. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about out intended resort, and very efficient with the booking process. Would certainly use them again.

Booked many ski holidays with Anna Sinclair at interactive resorts. Very professional service and always goes out of her way to sort out a great holiday. Currently booking our 7th ski trip with Anna.

Excellent and personal service ski holiday to ischgl

Excellent and personal service

I have just recently been on a ski trip to ischgl with 9 friends organised by mike Thomas. Booking which was quite tricky in itself as people were dropping out and the number of rooms we needed was often changing. I spoke consistently with Mike from interactive resorts and he was a star. Nothing was too much trouble, no matter how many times our number changed, and he really helped with extra information about the resorts and prices. I really don't think I could have booked it so quickly or so cost-efficiently without his & his colleagues help. The ten of us have had the best time, chalet, food staff were all brilliant. Thank you Mike

Thank you - quick and easy booking process

I spoke to Louisa Rankin about finding me a ski holiday just a few weeks before we wanted to go on holiday and she came up with a few great suggestions very quickly. The price quoted was extremely competitive and the booking process was very easy. Thank you!

Skiing in Courchevel

This was the first time I had used interactive resorts, they were recommended via a friend. I was lucky to get Anna and she's been extremely proactive with her suggestions and always prompt at getting back to me.
I'm not usually one to use package tours but I have to say that our experience was extremely positive and I would definitely explore using Anna's help again.
I have already recommended her to others as I feel confident in the service they'll get.

Excellent and personal service

First time I have used Interactive Resorts and I must say I was impressed.
Katy Pigg was patient as I used the website to seek out options, and made helpful suggestions via the "chat" as I was doing my search.
Once I had decided where to book, Katy was efficient and helpful during the booking process, which took place on the telephone.
The only slight glitch was that the confirmation email took nearly half a day to arrive - and then 5 or 6 copies of it arrived at the same time. I don't think that was my email (or spam filters at my end) - but neither was it Katy's, and she worked hard to make sure that I knew the booking had been made, keeping in contact vis the telephone.

Always the best price

A very professional service...and they always get back to you with the most competitive price.
It's always a great experience dealing with Anna Sinclair (senior sales consultant), she's always give you more than one option for your budget.
She builds up a rapport with the customer making the holiday booking very friendly and personal.

Booking Great - Post Sale Could Be Better

Booked two chalets, for 25 people. Booking process was tricky as added and removed people, changing the whole pricing proposition. Was dealt with by Anna Sinclair, who was excellent. Always cheerful, knowledgeable and flexible, ensuring we always had the best options.

Found the post sales web portal less helpful. Was good for keeping track of messages, but meant I was responsible for the correctness of the travel list. Net was an extra charge for something that could so easily have been avoided. (Export the traveler list so I can the whole group to check before it was locked down!) Net was 2 errors I paid for myself!

3rd time booked, very helpful, couldn't be better

Just booked with Interactive for the 3rd year. Spoke with a few members of staff who were all very helpful and searched the resort we wanted to match our requirements (7 people, 3 rooms). Louisa Rankin in particular was great and narrowed down the options for us to make a final booking. Communication was great and booking followed with a detailed email of travel info etc. Website is also easy to use. Will be in touch next year!

Excellent service and professional attitude

Katy Pigg was the contact for the holiday, the service was excellent, if Katy said she would call at a certain time she did, yet no pressure to sell, we have booked our holiday with her and the chalet looks stunning. great experience.
