Family ski holidays. Have used Anna Bell (Sinclair) at interactive resorts to find our ski holidays for the last few years. She is very experienced, listens to what you are looking for and then does all the hard work for you, giving you options to choose from that match what you are looking for. Excellent service, that have found us some fantastic deals for our family ski holidays for the last 4 years.

I was booking a ski trip for 16 people with different needs and he was very patient and kind and sorted it all out for me and I never worried about my many phone calls to him .

We've booked our family skiing holiday with Interactive Resorts for the past 2 years and have booked again next year. They're pleasant, knowledgeable, & well-informed. Louisa has helped make easy what could have been a stressful booking process.

Their customer service is top notch too. To provide an example : I had a very specific question about luggage on the day before our family were due to fly. It was a Saturday afternoon. I rang Interactive Resorts and they picked up within 5 rings. Louisa provided me with the answer to my question within 5 mins. Very impressed!

Interactive Resorts and especially AJ are excellent. We have booked with them twice now and every time they have found us an excellent ski holiday for a fantastic price. They listen to your requirements and match them perfectly. We will use them again next year.

This is the third holiday booked with Interactive. As on previous occasions, the booking experience was second to none. AJ took his time to listen to our needs for our group of 20 and came back with a number of helpful chalet suggestions. All questions were answered fully and promptly. When AJ was out of the office, Louisa stepped in and also offered outstanding customer service. End to end, great service. Thank you.

The advertising of holidays on the website are incorrect. Trying to book a ski for a holiday for two, when the deals popped and up we got in touch we were told they were only child friendly hotels. Not that this was on the site, as we had been thinking about taking my three year old nephew, we asked for prices to take him. Only by one agent to be called a liar about having a child, another saying they couldn't share a room so would have to have their own room as there weren't any family rooms available.

Also we then started to look on their site for taking 2 adults one child and none of the deals we first looked at came up, as they don't have space for a child, only two adults - which they won't allow in the hotel. Very confused and upset at being called a liar when just trying to enquire about a holiday,

From start to finish I can not thank all the staff I dealt with enough, as a group leader of 8 people Mike and the team made my job very easy.
We had problems getting into the resort for two days due to too much snow and again the resort based team and chalet staff were excellant.
I will not hesitate to use Ski Val for next years trip

Tom was very helpful, providing me with multiple quotes and even offered to beat another quote I found. He kept in touch and was patient through my multiple variations of holiday requirements. I'd definitely book with Tom again.

I have been booking our group skiing holiday to various resorts for many years now. Previously I have booked directly with the tour operator, independently and with high street travel agents.
I found Interactive Resorts roughly 5 years ago and have used them ever since. Over the years I must have spoken to most of the team members and have always been impressed by their knowledge and helpfulness.
My current contact, Thomas Aiston has just cheerfully sorted out yet another great value ski trip for our group of 16 ( slightly diminished this year, we have been as many as 28). Nothing is ever too much trouble, flights from various airports, name changes, late additions to the group, queries on lift passes, ski school, you name it we've given him the problem and it's always been resolved quickly and efficiently.
If you're wondering whether to give them a try - go ahead I don't think you'll be disappointed!!

3rd year in a row I have used Interactive Resorts. Great Service - Elly Boshell has helped me every year. Very organised and great customer service taking the time to find the perfect spot for a large group booking which is not easy. She spends the time to ensure she is focusing on the right location for your group to ensure a great holiday.

2nd time I have used interactive resorts. They have been very good value both times and are happy to help. They are not too pushy when trying to make a sale. Elly worked hard to find the right deal for us.

Katy was great in helping us secure the right chalet for our large ski group. She was professional in all dealings and kept us on track with information and payments to finalise the booking. Thank you!

Thomas Aiston has a broad knowledge of the properties in Austrian and French resorts and provided us with unbiased advice to help us choose our holiday for next season . He was very patient with myself and my group as we repeatedly changed our minds!
In the end he secured us a good deal at the Chalet Isba in Meribel
