Always fantastic service from Tom at Iteractive Resorts. He takes the brief and always finds great options for our ski holidays at the budget we give him.

Just booked a holiday for New Year for a large group, and Georgia really helped to take the stress out of the whole process. She came up with excellent suggestions, dealt with all our queries promptly and efficiently, communicated with us clearly at every stage, and in the end got us an excellent deal. We are delighted with the service so far.

Excellent customer service, excellent communication. We are going with this agency several years in a row and they never let us down. We’ve got the proposal for our holidays in a couple of hours after we requested. Whilst with the other agencies it took days and we have to chase them. I would recommend Interactive Resorts to anyone.

Have returned to Interactive again to book our family ski holiday. As the years go on the our needs seem to get more complicated but it is never a problem for Interactive to meet all our requirements. Richard Parkinson has sorted things out this year for my large family group of adults. Thank You!

The booking process was very smooth and I found Georgia extremely helpful in answering many questions we had about the chalet, package and general information about the resort!

Tom was very patient with us, while we took nearly a month to finally book a chalet (not Interactive Resorts fault for not finding a suitable chalet). With so many websites and companies to book catered ski chalets through, it was great to have someone to do the leg work for us and keep finding new options that might suit our group. I'm glad Tom persevered with us and eventually found us what looks in pictures like a great chalet in the resort we wanted. Thanks for all your efforts.

She regularly took calls late in the evening, to accommodate my schedule, and ensured a close and consistent follow up at every stage in the process.

I found Interactive resorts online so was a little skeptical at first. However the service was very good. I was booking on behalf of 3 families so pleasing everyone is hard and it took a while to land the final booking. However the agent I corresponded with (Georgia Greenwood) was consistent throughout the booking process, had a good idea of what we were looking for and promptly followed up on questions. The agent also had a good knowledge about the resorts and accommodation I was considering booking, so this helped the process.

Would highly recommend - we booked our ski holiday for a large group through Charlie Cornock and he could not have been more helpful! Very professional and knowledgeable - thank you!

Having just booked our ski holiday through Interactive Resorts, we have been very pleased with the smoothness and efficiency of the booking process. We were assisted by Georgia who spent a great deal of time finding accommodation to suit our group, and has answered all our queries quickly and efficiently.
The client area on the Interactive Resorts website is intuitive to use and a great tool to check that the booking details are in order.

Booked Chalets through this company for the last three years in France and Austria including Winter 2019, always found us something that was right for us in a great location. Am sure this years will live up to previous years. Would reccommend.

First time I've used them and have booked a ski holiday on behalf of a group. Gary Cowan worked hard to come up with options for our rather complex requirements and limitations and then when we changed them he patiently repeated the process against the new requirements and found a good bunch of choices with all the information everyone needed to be happy with our choice. Very easy to work with, very professional and will use them to book a holiday again. We understand that this is a booking agency, not a tour operator and hope that the holiday company lives up to the standards of their agent.

Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 54 years. Refuse to even acknowledge a complaint. Promise to get back to you and don't. Happy to take money for a trip to Val D'Isere for 6 but the worst after service I've ever experienced. I would advise you not to use this company
