Great service throughout

I was very unhappy with the flowers…

I was very unhappy with the flowers sent. They did not resemble in any way the option I picked on the website. They looked like a bunch of flowers you would get for 15€ in a petrol station

Disappointed with content and size of bouquet.

The bouquet was a birthday present for my sister. The total cost was €77 including delivery. My sister lives in Douglas so not a rural or distant place to get to. When I saw the bouquet I was extremely disappointed with the size of it. I was embarrassed.

Interflora did not deliver flowers on time.

Interflora did not deliver flowers on time. They were 24 hours late. When they were delivered the enclosed docket said they were delivered on time. They were not left in the "porch" as instructed.

Delivered to the wrong house bad service

Delivered to the wrong house. It was for a very special day abd took them 3 dats to reply and 4 days to apologise. Given exact location, couldnt be bothered to follow it and just left on a random door. I choose IF as they delevired to my mums house on numerous occasions before eventhought their prises are very high abd I had to pay for delivery. No offer to reimburse delivery charge either. Wont use again
