It was a simple, easy to navigate and a quick process. Only information necessary for the booking was requested. A secure site and a step allowing one to check all booking information before confirmation.

Wide offers and clear reservation
I appreciate a wide range of accommodation offers, with many options of price and capacity.
The reservation process was understandable, costs were clearly defined, there was no superfluous offers or options, the checkboxes were marked as I would expect, the paymenet was without any issue. The e-mail with reservation confirmation was clear and I appreciate links for reservation management. I hope the stay itself will be also positive like this evaluation.

Description of the neighberhood was very good. I missed more detailed decription of the appartments and especially the differences. We booked 35 m2 apt and not 34 m2 apt because be may only asume that the first has a garden terrace but are not sure about it.
Also information about parking could be a bit more precise, because we did not know if we can park outside the house.
