Good service, good products

Good service, great fabric
The service was excellent. After ordering i was advised the fabric would not be available until late February and offered to cancel if preferred. I didn't. The cushions I ordered arrived a couple of days ago and are beautiful, well made and well shaped. This has been a very good service, thank you

Excellent job
We had the inner pads of three seat cushions from two leather sofas replaced. The original feather cushions were very hard to pump up so we replaced them with two types of foam pads one softer than the other two. The staff were very helpful, gave good advice and did an excellent job.

Cusions
Great goods, great value. Took 3 months to recieve the order and no confirmation or e-mail contact recieved? but helpful when called.
Apologies you are correct the order date was 4th Dec not 4th Nov, however when ordering on line and not recieving any confirmation it gets confusing. We did recieve the cusions as ordered on 11 Jan. When ordering on the web site we did provide an email address and later a second email address and we still did not recieve confirmation of the order or any other emails. The only contact we had was via telephone instigated by us chasing the order. The cusions are wonderful and great value, but your online communication is letting you down

Hello, Yor order was placed on the 4 Dec 2016 at 14:18:48 and was shipped on 11th of Jan, this was not 3 months as per your comment. Your order was for voyage cushions that have a longer delivery time as they are made to order and you informed and offered a full refund if you did not want to wait, but you were happy to wait. Email, where sent to the email address entered when ordering, You informed us to use a different one at a later date which we did do from that day forwards.
We are sorry you are not happy with the order, but we did try our best to keep you updated at informed. we do appreciate all your feedback and will use it to improve our services.

Nice to able to pay by credit card.
The first site I tried would only accept payment by PayPal. I do not have a PayPal account and don't want one. I was pleased that I could use my credit card on the I F site. It was easy to locate the item I wanted on the site.
