Unprofessional

Ordered something and waited for more than a week but as except they sent an email saying order has been cancelled. I sent an email questioning why but they just ignored as excepted.

Bad product and bad customer service

I bought a winter jacket from Intersport and when i used it i felt cold in my left arm so i looked and found that there is no isolation in the left side by the elbow so i contacted them and they said that i should fix it by washing it with a tennis ball in the washing machine it was crazy that you need to fix something you just bought and they were very rude and i had bad expirience with them not standing behind their product never again buying anything from them.

Mixed experiences at StoraBernstorp

Mixed experiences at StoraBernstorp, Malmö.
Bought a pair of football boots for my son but had to wait ages for ’expert’ advice. The guy went off prematurely to serve another customer as well. Would normally go to their main high street competitor but they were cheaper here.
A better experience was having to return a Nike football for which the surface had peeled off after 2 weeks of use. I was prepared for a fight but the guy accepted it offering a refund/ exchange.

Puma Ultra football boots

Terrible customer service. Returned a pair of football boots that began to fall apart after 3 days and 1 week later I am still arguing with them. Latest suggestion is that I should cancel the claim and collect the boots from the store. Fully understand that they need to make a claim to Puma but we need a decent pair of boots now in order to train so I was forced to buy another new pair as I wait for the outcome of this claim. What annoys me most is the complete lack of understanding, willingness to solve the issue and arrogance of their customer service. At Stadium when this happened previously with football boots I was given a new pair immediately. Will never buy from Intersport again

Cheep Products and Cheep Customer Care

Pay a little extra and buy quality products from reliable sellers instead of Intersport!

I bought a basketball hoop online, which arrived with a hole in the water ballast, making the product completely useless and unsafe.

The best solution Intersport could provide after weeks of discussions is bringing the massive product to the nearest store.

Very cumbersome to do a return!

It's very cumbersome to do a return at Intersport online. You have to fill in the ordernumbers and the cause of the return on a paperblanket, not possible online! You have to pay for the return and you can't use the original packet! It's like they wan't to make it as hard as possible to make a return. I followed the recommondations of size on their website but all of it was too big, and now I have to pay the return for it. Not at all a good experience.

Very bad communication

Very bad communication, or should I say no comunication at all. Tried to reach out via email multiple times regarding a faulty shoe pair, no answer for more than a month now. Tried messaging on their Facebook page, no response either. Seems like customer service does not exist here.

Worst online shopping experience for years

Bought something on Black Friday. On Monday they send an email to say the order was cancelled. No explanation.

So I bought a different product on the Monday. This time they waited until Friday to cancel it. Same again no explanation.
This time I can see the product is still available to buy, but with a higher price.

Summary: Bad communication. Waste of time. Waste of money because now the products are up in price everywhere else too. I could have bought direct from manufacturer but I chose Intersport because they sponsor my son's football team.
