I purchased a down jacket that smelt from the beginning really bad while using it. Contacted customer service that replied an answer that I saw unprofessional and wrong. They didn't even ask me to send the item to check and assess and the person who handled my case wasn't even aware of the statutory law that governs the purchases items. They bluntly decided that it's not a manufacturing defect without even checking the item physically

Most worst retail company I ever seen
Most worst retail company I ever seen. Double standards. When I ask for a product they recommend their own brand Everest, and give extreme positive and make you to incline buy their brand. When some damage happens they say it’s because of wear n tear we can not repair and take replacement. I bought a winter jacket 1 year back, got the zip latch problem. Their claim is since I have used it wrongly they say it’s my problem not their product quality. Be cautious before buying their brands SOC and Everest.

i placed an order for a gold towel on 9/1. Its not 9/23 and still haven't heard from them. I've sent several emails because the only notice the i received from UPS is that a label is printed and i waiting for item from customer to ship. please don't waste your time or money dealing with this company. It is not possible to register a return properly. In addition, the shoe package is sent in an extremely tight plastic bag, so much so, that it is not only nearly impossible to get the shoe box out, but also impossible to place it back in.

Just got wrongfully (and very rudely) accused of having used the shoes I was returning outside.
Don’t try on shoes in their store if you might want to return them. You might step on small stones and other dirt that get stuck under the shoes and you might not be able to return them.
Thankfully the girl finally understood that dirt and small stones in their store can get stuck under shoes…
Never coming back to stadium that’s for sure.
Nike Shoes does not seems to be…
Nike Shoes does not seems to be original. My shoes teared down in 1 year though I used a good as I could. Cost of these shoes was also discent.
When trying to discuss about it than people said that they are not responsible for fixing Shoes though nike has warranty of 3 years on such manufacturing faults.
If I paid to Stafium nordstan shop than they should be responsible to check with nike in spite of me.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible company to order from. If you must buy something from there then go to the store. I returned an item over a month ago and have tried following up but there is no way to reach this scam company. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The chatbot is an AI that is unable to assist with status updates. Nobody replies to the emails. I had to wait 2 hours on the line and still couldn't connect with a representative. They never tell you your number in the queue or an estimate of how long it will take, which is extremely unprofessional. So they are completely unreachable and inefficient. Total waste of time, better go with a company like Zalando or Amazon instead.

I am in a wheelchair and the service provided was superb. From the quick entry to help to get to my designated seat with my family. All of the staff were great nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend the venue.
Website is filled with fake reviews…
Website is filled with fake reviews (none of the reviews talk badly about their products, all fake) and their own brand (Everest) became expensive and low quality, a shadow of the past. Take the M Liner Jacket as an example, in the past it was around 699SEK and down filling 90/10, now it's 100% polyester 899SEK (still made in sweatshops in China I guess though). Look at XXL for those jackets, the same price you get something MUCH better quality, 625 Cuin.

Ordered outdoor pants with a discount and after several days just got my order canceled and promised to return my money in 3-5 banking days. Awful service, they should fix how they work with campaigns and pricing.
Customer service
Regarding customer service.
I wrote to them immediately after receiving my order, there was a minor defect on one of the items in the order.
I got an automatic message saying they will handle the problem in a day or two.
I’ve sent them a few more messages asking what’s happening, because not receiving an answer.
Eventually after weeks I received a message saying I could do a complaint, on-line.
Update:
I’ve received replies and the complaint is taken care of by customer service.

This is the worst place to shop. If your products aren’t delivered, they don’t take responsibility at all. The customer service is horrible. Don’t waste your money here!! I bought sneakers that weren’t delivered, and they said it was not their fault and they won't send me a new package or give me my money back! No one should spend money on this store!!!

Sometimes an apology is not the worst idea. Stone age return policy and lousy customer service (not the best combo). Despite the exceedingly bad reviews, Stadium still seems to be doing too well.
