Damaged online order and false information from customer service
I ordered 6 lego sets on Intertoys webshop. I received my order packed in such bad and unprofessional way, that all 6 boxes were damaged, three of them in a way that made them unusable as a present for which they were intended. I was told by customer service I can return items to Intertoys shop of my choosing and that they are going to inform them about it. When I arrived at the shop, they received no contact from the customer service and had no clue what was going on. I spent an hour there trying to get help from the customer service, but they were unwilling to provide one. Shop simply refused to accept a return of damaged items. Finally, I needed to spend extra time and effort repacking damaged boxes and taking them to DHL pick-up point. I don't think Intertoys and its customer service deserved even this one star.
Addition: when Intertoys received return package, they claimed there were only 2 Lego boxes inside. At the moment they are investigating if this was their mistake, but this could also be intentional. They'll make customer pay for their mistakes. They have their own employee in the store I visited who can testify I brought 3 boxes and that they were all damaged in a way that made them unusable. If they accepted return at that very moment, there would be no issues. I will update this section as I get further info from Intertoys, but for anyone considering buying from them, please be aware and avoid unnecessary stress.

Apologies that the delivery was unsuccessful. If you choose Klarna payment method, you must dispute this with them. The handling will then be handled through them. For support, Customer Service has notified Klarna. The advice is to also approach them.

Order came incomplete
Order came incomplete, missing 2 pigs and a broken camper door. Sent customer service email about it, only got response after almost a week with no good solution.
Update: Left a review on their web and they refused to post it and they gave me set of reasons that might cause it, and my review didn’t have any of it. Total manipulation.

Wrong product was shipped. I had to call customer service three times already
and each time I was given different information about how to return the item. Very disappointed, and problem is still not solved.
