Placed an expensive order with them through their website. Could not select PostNL as courier, was forced to pick their own 'drop-off' service. No problem, as the website stated the items would be delivered within 1-2 work days.
Am currently on the 4th day of waiting, the only thing their customer service is able to tell me is that the store is ready and it should be there today or tomorrow.
Not statisfied with their service at all.

Very disappointed in the customer service!
Customer service told me that due to bankruptcy the "old" gift voucher my daughter received as a present was not valid anymore. Was merely fobbed off that the money is lost without even getting a discount voucher or something to compensate. But Intertoys still goes on with the same brand name making money off parents and children.

Ordered. Without explanation, it took 6 days untill they sent a mail, to tell it was on the way. Deliveryservice said they did not have the package yet. On day ten it did not change yet, so I mailed Intertoys for an explanation. Never got an answer. Day twelve the link suddenly showed activity and was delivered the same day. Btw in a far to big, but wrong size box, so it was distorted. Filled with lots of air and plastic without real protection of the product. Nice product, but that does not overweigh the orderingproces.

Recently purchased a walking/talking dog for my girls in a branch in the south of The Netherlands.
The cashier was not very pleasant when purchasing the item.
We didn't have a chance to check if it was working before returning to UK.
When we did get batteries for it 2 days after returning it worked for 20 seconds and hasn't worked since.
Needless to say, that will be my first and only purchase from this company.

Only one question: I do not know why, but my order of 8 playdoh klei, came in 8 different boxes.
Nevertheless, the quality of products and the service are really good!

It was my first time ordering toys for my son via your website in order to avoid the situation that I cannot find the products in your retail store. I had a great online order experience - search, payment, logistics, and the communication were perfect. However, when I picked up the order from your retail store (My baby still sleeps in the day time, to avoid being bothered by the delivery to my door, now, I always pick up the orders in the check points as long as possible.), the shop assistant was not friendly. He did nothing wrong, but I expected a more friendly attitude and facial expression. In O2O business, the final hand over of the products to the clients is still considered a part of the online business. Therefore, this final action and performance remains critical. By chance, I am a researcher of e-commerce, I know that the first time experience was especially important to determine whether or not the client will continue online shopping from the same place. Therefore, I would strongly suggest your company to train CRM of the field staffs in the retail stores.

I ordered a piano and it's cheaper than any music shop. Easy to order. The delivery was as on time. Only problem is the box used is not good for heavy stuff. It was open when delivered because the tape cannot stick to it. Maybe a problem of the courier.

The order and pickup experience were good and fast but we thought the toy would have already been wrapped in paper for present.
Additionally the personal text was written on the order paper, we thought it would come on a nice card.

For a brand new game, giving it a discount on days before the game even released is a huge thumbs! Keep doing crazy discount!

I will definitely order online in the future, very easy to order and a quick free delivery.

I've order 15 small toys for my sons party, was not sure how quick and if the image of the product in the website would be exactly the same quality as when I would get it in person.
In the end I'm very happy with the quality of the product and how fast it arrive at home.

I got the best price for two games Wii Party and Yoshi's world at Intertoys. I ordered online. The delivery was on time and came well packed. A pleasant shopping experience.

i ordered some amiibos, like 10 in total but 2 of them were damaged in the box.
