For Trustpilot and Intertrader: account 132319
At the end of March 2025, I opened account no. 132319 with Intertrader. After the account was approved and my request to become an elective professional investor was accepted, I deposited €15,000. I began trading — specifically news trading — with very few trades, only around major economic announcements.
Out of the blue, and without any clear reason, they blocked my account, claiming that documents were missing or that the ones I had provided were not acceptable — despite the fact that the account had already been approved. I sent everything they requested, and they reactivated the account.
In the meantime, I started reading very negative reviews online, particularly from users who reported losing significant amounts of money during the transition from AvaTrade to Intertrader, due to open positions being poorly handled in that process. I realised I had entrusted my money to amateurs who create problems for themselves through inexperience — as if the normal challenges any company faces weren’t enough. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not withdrawing my funds.
A few days ago, their compliance department emailed me saying my account was closed and that, due to “abusive trading,” they had removed all my profits. Ironically, they claimed that “such trading is characterised by a high volume of transactions” — in my case, trades were extremely few, with weeks passing without any activity. Fraudulent brokers often use the “abusive trading” excuse to justify removing profits.
I want to stress that I made around €1,000 profit on a €15,000 deposit over five months — I did not quadruple my account in a month! I have also noticed a sudden surge of suspiciously positive reviews, which seem designed to bury older negative ones and boost ratings ahead of new negative feedback that is likely coming. I will be reporting this to Trustpilot.

Intertrader removed my profits, claiming I used latency trading. This is completely false. I am a news trader and have no idea how to trade latency. I’ve been trading for many years and no other broker has ever considered my trading improper, nor removed my profits.
I asked Intertrader to provide proof of their accusations, but they have not responded. I am still waiting for the return of my original deposit, and I am even worried if I will ever get it back.
I have already filed a complaint with their regulator.

After two months of successful trading, I received an email from Intertrader stating that “InterTrader has conducted an investigation into certain transactions” and that “your account(s) have been involved in latency trading.”
This is a complete LIE, as my trading has no elements of latency trading. I demanded a detailed report of their investigation, but they never replied. Instead, they simply returned my original deposit—without the profit I had legitimately earned.
I will definitely seek protection from regulators. For Intertrader and brokers like them, a “good customer” is just the one who loses money. They are so arrogant that they take your profits without any discussion or transparency.
