This is the worst broker ever!!! They stole my money. I deposited 500USDT from my crypto wallet. And saying they don’t receive the money. But I send the transaction also but they didn’t believe it. This is my experience. I will never get closer to these peoples. And still asking more to deposit to the account again. So I will get the 500usdt I lost. They don’t even have any shame. My advice there are more great broker than this. This is a scam. People who steal our hard earned money. I would give -5 star for this broker .

This broker is transparent and supportive to traders and not trading against them.
My experience with customer service via email and verbally has been excellent .
They are polite, considerate and act promptly to resolve any issues.
I would recommend them any time and to any serious trader.

Another week of non - communication / false information. Reached out as advised through Trustpilot response (it's the only way they do respond) to be fobbed off once again. Numerous people now "on the case" but no withdrawal payout, and worse - no explanation of any problem or issue. Personal replies " I promise I will deal with this" unsigned, no name or contact! No response to emails, phone line rings out constantly at all times of the day. Live chat don't respond at all. Trades closed without notice or warning (losses) and unable to recoup balance. Don't touch.

I feel compelled to share my deeply concerning experience with Intertrader, which I believe reveals a serious breach of trust and questionable business practices. My problem began with a mishandled account transfer from AvaTrade, resulting in financial losses. These losses were the result of a failure to transfer my open positions from Avatrade, which resulted in being out of the market.
To compensate, Intertrader initially agreed to credit my account with approximately £27,000. However, this is where the situation deteriorated significantly. Bryan Kelly, UK Group Chief Operating Officer, intervened and has since subjected me to undue pressure to reverse this agreed-upon compensation.
This pressure is unacceptable. I negotiated in good faith, believing Intertrader would honour its commitment. To add to this pressure, Intertrader has now placed a block on my account, effectively holding my funds hostage. This action demonstrates a blatant disregard for their own agreement and a willingness to penalise clients for their own errors. Intertrader’s actions amount to what I can only describe as financial bullying.
Intertrader's actions raise serious questions about their integrity and trustworthiness. Potential customers should be aware that this company is willing to renege on agreements and restrict access to client funds when it suits them. I strongly advise extreme caution when dealing with Intertrader.
UPDATE 10.04.25: Intertrader asked me to reach out to them. So I did, four days ago. But they have not replied. Any genuine financial services company would have replied by now.
I feel that people should also know:
"The Financial Services Commission (Gibraltar) has fined two locally registered investment companies over a quarter of a million pounds for not demonstrating ‘effective control and management’ and ‘falling below the regulatory standard required,’ during the period April 2021 to May 2024.
Alvar Financial Services Ltd has agreed and accepted to pay a penalty of £186,038.52 . . . "

I previously had an issue whereby I could not withdraw my money from the platform (I migrated from Avatrade).
This issue took several weeks until eventually I got a call from the company and they were able to finally fix the issue for me in less than 3 hours. Although it was frustrating at first, I'm glad this was finally resolved and I have since gotten my money back. Thank you Intertrader!

This company must be avoided. Totally fraudulent. My account was migrated through Avatrade but this group is a total joke. Customer service do not answer. Account managers are pointless. Do not use this company at all. Thomas Magen is a fraud and wont answer to pocket your money. AVOID AVOID
Please do not listen to their so called response, no one answers at the customer service email address. A really fraudulent company. Read all the reviews

Couple of years ago I have opened up an account with this company and I have mentioned to customer service agent that my only purpose is making profit by arbitrage.But the agent has given me a wrong information and the account has nothing to do with arbitrage.It was completely different investment method about spread etc.which I have no experience at all.and all of my money almost £500 disappeared in minutes.I have emailed them so many times but all they have done was ignore me ,my complaint and my money loss.I am writing everybody to know this company has no work ethics so stay away from them.They have purposely given me wrong information and took my money with this trick.I have never got my money back.

I spoke to Mario today regarding withdrawing funds from the InterTrader account. He made it very clear and simple. I'm a migrated AVA client. I used to withdraw money directly to my bank account, but the process is different at InterTrader. It can only be done through a wire transfer. Unfortunately, it's all AVA problems. lastly, I can say that Mario was a helpful person.
