I made a mistake when placing my order but Remie and Ardie worked with me to correct the wrong item ordered then went even further above and beyond to reimburse me for the shipping cost to return the wrong item. Best team I’ve worked with in years!

Great customer support! Remie from INTO THE AM was incredibly helpful and truly made things right. My package never made it to my house and the delivery company did nothing to resolve it, but Remie stepped in and took care of the issue right away. I’m very happy with how it was handled and would recommend Into The AM to anyone looking for great tees and outstanding customer service.
Missing items.
I was missing two items from my order (packaging damaged/ opened during transit) and within 24 hrs of emailing the support team at Into The AM, I had received a response from Joan. I was given a number of options to resolve the issue and chose to have the missing items reshipped, which I received confirmation that the new order had shipped within 24 hrs (very punctual even with the 8hr time difference). Joan was extremely polite, helpful and professional, excellent service all round.
