If I could give less than 1 I would. The company is a scam. Doesn't send item. Doesn't cancel order or accept return. Doesn't honor the return policy. Save your money and stay away from them!
I fell for this and I'm hoping my review can save you from making the same mistake. The fat cavitation device they sell DOES NOT work. All it did was steal my time and leave me with a lot of very bad bruises all over my body. I left a bad review on their site, which of course they did not post. If you look closely at the "reviews" they *do* have, you can see several that are worded almost exactly the same or that have bits and pieces that ARE the same and then other parts are worded differently....all the reviews are all written by one person and they are all fake. This company told someone on Facebook that they are located in Texas which was a LIE; they are located in China. Their "money back guarantee" is a scam. It would cost you almost as much as the item itself just to ship it back, and if you do you have to have a tracking number and you have to send the item back in the UNOPENED box...yet the guarantee says you can return it if you are unsatisfied FOR ANY REASON....how many reasons could someone have for being unsatisfied with an UNOPENED, UNUSED product??? It's all a scam. Stay far far away!!!
Total scam. I can't get a refund even after sending the product back. They said because I didn't provide a tracking number and that they receive returns less than 50% of the time. If you look at their Facebook page, it's full of people saying they've been scammed but it looks like they've taken the FB page down. SCAM.Don't order!!!!
