They would get 5 starts but these ppl are sociopatic incompetent fools. They had huge opportunity totally threw it away, there on the stock market and they gonna go bankrupt lol. Weeks for wd, after your deposit has already cleared. That statement even pisses me off. Also sending cryto takes 5 days at least, up to 10 for me. It's a GD joke and Idk how they are still existing. They had a great template but are literally running it into the ground; running a company that takes 10 times the time to send and receive money, up to 100x times for cryto transfers. (7 days for sending crypto and 17ish for your cleared money wd) compared to one day for everywhere else. They give fuks about customers bc all their emails have been generic emails that basically says "its all good why you mad, calm down" when they have 1000 bucks of mine in some limbo hell for literally 15 days as pending withdrawl. I have to stop typing bc I'm getting so pissed.

Total SCAM DO NOT TRUST ... invested 250 in BTT and they gladly accepted my deposit from my bank but now I’m up to 1300 my bank no longer works for them even though it is on there list and used plaid to verify it.. email and ticket after ticket until now you can’t even send a ticket because they say captcha was wrong even though the check mark says it was correct and not a robot. Not a single response not one they are a total SCAM JUST LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS AND THE SOCIAL MEDIA... I’m not stopping ... filing a complaint with proper people and I see a class action lawsuit coming soon.... BEWARE ... also any positive reviews on here on straight bullsh**.... it’s a scam 100% !!!!

I became a Voyager customer in October of 2020. I would have given them 5 stars then. Forget it now. This is total rubbish.

- Fiat deposits and withdrawals take WEEKS to process. It's like your funds are held hostage.

- Crypto withdrawals that used to take minutes now take days.

- Customer service is non-existant. There is no circumatance where you will receive a response to your email. There is no phone or chat support. In 2021. Yes, I kid you not.

- The spread on market buys/sells is insane. Literally 2-3% each way on some alt coins and over 1% on BTC and ETH.

- You cannot "set it and forget it." Want to buy a coin and wait for it to 2x or more? Nope. You cannot set a limit sell outside of a 40-50% range from where that token is currently trading. Again....this is 2021!

Voyager can't stop promoting itself on Twitter and TV long enough to get its head out of its rear and improve the customer experience.

Total. Nonsense.

The app is user friendly and very intuitive. The processes are slower than anything except maybe real estate mortgage escrows. Cleared funds, in any currency, take weeks for wallet to wallet transfers. Opportunity costs may be far greater than any benefits provided by the app. Voyager is a "maybe someday," but not ready today... Must become exponentially faster than today.

What a joke! I have had a transaction in the pending status for ten days now. What is worse is that I can't even get a simple response from them and I have sent numerous requests. Wish I had read these reviews before I started using Voyager. I use a number of other Crypto apps and wallets and have had zero problems. I will never use Voyager again.

Please everyone get away from this Voyager platform. They're on the verge of a scam. Seriously do some research. They are really bad... My own experience.

We love voyager app, easy to use and very highly interest, I didn’t have any issue and costumer service respond my email even they respond by messenger.

Horrendous. Zero communication. Understaffed. Keeps tweeting things about how well it's doing when thousands of customers are continuously raising issues with deposits and withdrawals with no response. Funds stuck on pending for weeks on end. WEEKS. Mind-boggling. Depositing and withdrawing are core aspects and instead of absolutely prioritizing fixing these issues every day their attention is elsewhere. Do not use this platform.

For your own sake, stay away from this company. I sent crypto to the address they provided. The transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, but has never appeared in my Voyager account. It has now been OVER 7 DAYS. I filed a ticket with support on the very first day, after waiting hours for it to show up, and still have not heard from them. After doing minimal searching on Reddit and Twitter, I've come across countless people in this same situation - as well as a ton of other terrible scenarios. I cannot fathom how this company is getting away with this.

As others have written, withdrawing crypto or usd is stuck over 3 weeks, no response from support. Growing pains for sure, but at the same time this is unacceptable. Do NOT use.

This company is the absolute worst. You can make a deposit and they will credit your account with “funds” that day so you buy whatever it is your trying to get. The money will be pulled from your bank account but will sit in the pending process for weeks. This means you won’t be able to withdraw your crypto to store or do with it as you like. Their customer service is non existent. You can make as many support tickets as you want and they will not reach back. Also this is not just an isolated case. You can check their Twitter, Reddit page and just all over the internet and you will see majority of the topics on voyager is their shady business practices and their CEO writing emails claiming there are trolls out there to make them look bad. Imas much as I hate some of the other companies due to their high fees, I rather pay more and get what I want than be scammed.

Will not let users withdraw their money. Refuses to answer customer emails. Neglected to inform customers which banks are not supported. Does not honor the 5-10 business day window. For all crypto investors, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Avoid this app!!! You’ve been warned!

Horrible experience! Do not use Voyager!

I have been waiting 24 days for several crypto transfers to other wallets ($3600). This IS NOT a banking issue.

Customer support has ignored all emails and my asset are still stuck in "Pending" mode. I am afraid to move my remaining assets out in fear they will be lost forever.

This is not an isolated incident, simply check social media to read THOUSANDS of complaints from others with similar issues.

Filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to start.

I’ve had multiple deposits pending for over a month. They are essentially frozen in the mean time. I am but one of thousand on social media with this same issue. During that time Voyager has provided shifting excuses from security to blaming their processor. They’ve provided various timeframes forms resolution none of which the followed through on. Their customer service has gone silent for weeks. Can you imagine a bank behaving in this manner?

DO NOT USE VOYAGER. They changed my deposit address, making it so I can no longer access the funds I sent to the original address they gave me. They have absolutely no support. They have essentially just stolen my funds - and committed fraud. Stay away from this platform.

SCAMMERS & THIEVES. SAY AWAY UNLESS YOU DON’T WANT YOUR MONEY. Can’t deposit funds, but if you do they steal your money so you can’t withdraw it. Or will close your account with money in it. And don’t respond to anyone. They have a phone number.

Good comments about this company are FAKE.

Peep they didn’t even claim their business on here. I wouldn’t either with these complaints.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Stay away unless you like people stealing your money.

Registered my account on Jan 30 and they told me to verify. So I got my information to verify and it took them 2 weeks. I think a drivers license office is faster than this.

I signed up because I can buy certain currencies but I can't withdraw them. So I tried to move to a different crypto and convert to the currency I wanted via Evonax. Guess what? My balances I have put there 2 weeks ago are still pending and I can't withdraw.

I contacted them 3 days ago, waited for 2 days. No answer. Sent another email... No answer.

This is absolutely the slowest and worst service I have ever used. I'd rather deal with Comcaqst than them.
