Glitchy, Manipulated crypto prices!
Glitchy, manipulated crypto prices compared to other apps on the market, takes over 2 weeks to transfer funds for deposit, takes over 35 days for withdraws. After buy crypto currency’s -average buy price changes randomly higher then you bought it creating losses out of thin air. Market suddenly freezes won’t let you see actual gains. Please stay away. Robinhood is better and that’s nice to say.
Never Ever Use This App
They never answered any support tickets, they take forever to settle cash deposit or withdrawals, although trading money is instantly available. Might as well wait a whole ass month to get anything back. They stole free BTC back after I referred over 18 friends and still never got back for about two weeks now. Don't sign up and never use this app ever. They also have a huge spread on crypto price. Say the price of Doge is .39, they make you buy at .40+ and if you want to sell they only let you sell at .38 within that minute. So every trade you make they pocket a good percent that you never get back when taking profits if you even made any or just want to get your money back out of a trade. Just go to Webull instead, hell even Robinhood.
how do i delete my voyager account
Something crazy happened to me
Something crazy happened to me, I copied the address from the app and sent my ETH to it, just to find out later that app copied different address. No customer service!
Don’t trust your money with them, no one reply.
*Fraud alert*
Team Voyager:
Just so we're clear an on the same page (for the record.)
1. On March 29, 2021 I authorize Voyager to charge my bank account $200.00, which was SUCCESSFULLY cleared and taken out of my account (which you can see proof of in the attached statement sent from my bank)
2. March 29, 2021 an UNAUTHORIZED debit from my bank account in the amount of $200.00 is posted and SUCCESSFULLY cleared and debited from my account.(which you can see proof of in the attached statement sent from my bank)
3. March 30,2021, I noticed an unauthorized charge from Voyager on my mobile banking app. I contacted United Bank to verify that it was a new transaction and not just the previously mentioned authorized transaction from March 26th, 2021. They verified that it was, in fact, a NEW transaction and that the authorized $200.00 transaction has already cleared the bank and the funds were debited from my account. I informed my bank that the $200.00 transaction from the 29th day of March 2021 was NOT authorized but they informed me that there was no way to stop this transaction as it was already being processed and debited from my bank account. I emailed Voyager about this discrepancy and they emailed me back with a VERY generic reply:
Thank you for contacting Voyager support. Based on the information you have provided we have temporarily disabled your account while we investigate this situation. It should not be possible to withdraw or deposit from or to your account and any pending charges should be returned to you in due course. We have escalated your ticket to our fraud team and they will investigate the issue further and be in touch should we require anything additional from you. If you would like to share additional details surrounding the circumstances of the issue, please feel free to share those with us as it may assist in the investigation. You may want to consider changing passwords to email or other accounts at this time to protect yourself.
Best regards,
The Voyager Team
I changed my password and updated my security to enable touch/face ID. then received this generic Email from Voyager:
Password changed
Your password was recently changed. If you did not issue this reset, please contact customer service support
Thanks,
The Team at Voyager
4. April 2, 2021 i replied to Voyagers Email, which was obviously a bot email and got no response.
I waited very patiently to hear back from Voyager about any "investigating" they had done regarding the unauthorized transaction. Received nothing from Voyager until they Emailed me an updated Customer Agreement on April 18, 2021.
5. April 20, 2021, I called the fraud department at United Bank and disputed the unauthorized transaction From May 29, 2021.
6. April 23, 2021 United Bank credited my account the $200.00 that was stolen by Voyager.
7. April 27, 2021 I Noticed that Voyager USD cash balance was -$200.00. Now, in my transaction history under the transfers tab Voyager is claiming that my $200.00 transfer made on March 26, 2021 was rejected. (as you can see by my bank statement it WAS NOT rejected and the $200.00 from that transaction was debited from my account.) I contacted United bank and put a stop debit from Voyager in place to stop any further funds being STOLEN from my account. This cost me another $35.00 that I should not have to spend because I have been victimized by Voyager.
I read the updated User Agreement fully, and nowhere in the agreement did it say that Voyager could make unauthorized transactions from my bank account. It is stealing. Regardless of the amount taken, stealing is stealing.
I am fully prepared to contact the Better Business Bureau (They will receive a forwarded copy of this Email) and an attorney if need be, to better understand my rights and my options as far as recovering this stolen money which is now $235.00.
I will also be spreading the word as much as I can to inform anyone who is interested in this platform of the fraudulent activity and lack of customer support and Voyagers Unwillingness to solve this issue.
Sincerely,
Amanda
Criminal behavior?
Criminal behavior? You decide. My initial funding of 2.0 ETH, after the Voyager app CONGRATULATED me for my new account, was transacted to the ETH receive address that the app displayed in text and qr code (which I utilized and visually cross-checked) form. The transaction was a "success" very quickly per etherscan. Upon returning to the Voyager app to view my newly funded account, I found zero funds and the app provided me a completely different ETH receive address....not the address that the app provide just minutes earlier. My funds, to this day, still are the sole occupants of the phantom address the app gave me. Voyager has done nothing to correct this situation.
The app may or may not work for you. It seems to me, though, that Voyager believes their app to be flawless. I can tell you that it is not. Could it be related to their recent "scheduled maintenance"?
Their inaction in my case has proven them to be, at best, callously disinterested in this customer (this 'mark', me) and, at worst...no one needs to see/hear the labels I have for them. Hopefully your experience with the Voyager lottery/Russian roulette will be better.
Been over three weeks since I requested…
Been over three weeks since I requested my withdrawal have not heard anything. Reached out to Customer Service and the app sends you to some help modules. Even after sending multiple emails. No response at all. Really feel like I won’t see my money and at this point I am getting in touch with the state attorneys general and the SEC. we are looking to go after the company and the CEO.
Security over speed in their customer service
Been using voyager since december, switched here from cb to save on fees. People complaining haven’t been in crypto long enough to know what bad customer service is in this industry. Management seems transparent and honest about priotizing security and fraud prevention over speed, to me thats a WIN.
Hands down the world’s best and most secure crypto broker!
THE BEST! Been using Voyager since 1/2021. Hands down, best crypto app. Commission feee, the most coins, amazing design, super simple to use AND the safest and most secure. In fact the last 60 days Voyager has been undergoing a massive security upgrade. This has temporarily slowed transactions down for a few (not me). But getting rid of any chance of hackers and sketchy banks is worth and wait. Besides upgrade will be done this month. If the want the safest, cheapest, and best designed crypto broker, you want Voyager!

Voyager Digital is still a very young company, but I am fully convinced that there is a star in the sky. The company has convinced me completely.
Never had a problem
Never had a problem. Enjoy the app and pays me interest first of the month. Everyone talking about waiting lists and service delays got in right as millions of people started using the service. They are scaling well and communicative about their progress. Most of the issues have been cleared up.

If you transfer funds or send crypto to other wallets they hold your money for weeks! Do not use this app.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. We started an account, and now the bank we used to open the account no longer works with the app. No reasons were given; no notice just doesn't work. Mind you that we're talking about the bank account we verified with and used to transfer money into our voyager account. Now we have money trapped on a platform we can't transfer money in to or out of and have had not one of our 4 tickets answered. I don't care what their paid minions tell you on social media. This is a complete scam. If anyone knows where we can go to report them to the authorities, please let my Husband and I know.
DOES NOT ALLOW VET WITHDRAWAL!
I bought VET and they don't allow it to be withdrawn to an external wallet. I want to earn VTHO through staking! It seems they are stealing our VTHO! Not a happy user!
Withdrawal still pending to bank
Withdrawal still pending to bank. Can’t get I. Contact with any support. Very worried about my funds! 😢
