Voyager has been transparent and the CEO is the face of the company. All the bad reviews come from users that DIDN’T READ THE TERMS. It’s a public company so why on earth would they “scam” anyone. If there are unhappy users then they are impatient or didn’t read the fine print. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Voyager.

I started using this app about a month ago. All was fine except it was always down for maintenance. Then the did the app update and poof, I was locked out. I have made numerous attempts to email the company with no response. I went on a twitter rant and tagged Stephen Ehrlich in all of the tweets. Surprisingly he private messaged me, gave me his email and asked to to email him. Great, so I thought.... I still haven't gotten a response... I wouldn't trust this company with Monopoly money! Robinhood is better than Voyager- and that's saying a LOT!

I have a 6 figure crypto portfolio.
I decided to try out voyager and only put in about 10k. I purchased vet, ada and btt. Since the btc crash the app went down for “updates”.
Since then there are hundreds if not thousands of us locked out and can’t get into our accounts. Keeps giving us the same internal error message.
If I enter my password incorrectly it says invalid email/password when trying to log in. But when done right I get this internal error message.
Which leads me to believe that during the crash so much was liquidated that voyager does not have enough to cover all the whales who will be pulling out there money. Now there customer service does not respond for weeks. I have submitted a ticket every day and no answer. Here is the crazy part is the apple won’t post all the bad reviews from all the people locked out. It’s in the thousands. If anyone is reading this and going through the same let’s get the media attention. I’m already speaking to one as well as seeing what I can do legally. This is a Bernie madoff type Ponzi scheme.

Accidentally deposited when I tried to withdrawal. 13 business days later and I still don't have access to my funds that I would like to withdraw. It says "pending" which probably means they're too busy trading my money to give me access to it. From the start, it's said it would take 5-10 business days to clear. It cleared my bank account 5 days ago. 13 business days and still pending seems criminal to me.

My Bitcoin went up and even though is was only 720.00 in BTC I tried to move that to a different platform and it said I had Rejected funds and my account when to 0.00 this happened May 4th, 2021 I have sent in 6 tickets not one reply to my question! Can you please put the money back into my account. Still no word.

I’ve been using Voyager app over 4 months now, no issues so far, i can transfer money in minutes, buy and they take out the money from my account next day or two. I didn’t try to take money out yet since i am long term investor( when i need to withdraw hopefully I won’t have issues), App goes down sometimes, like most of other apps, Crypto.com is way slower app compare to Voyager and they charge fee plus international fee which sux but i can only buy Shiba at Crypto.com so I am gonna keep them for now. I think Voyager is pretty good, i am earning 7% interest on Voyager coin and 5% on ADA. And they’ve been depositing my interest earned monthly. So far so good with VoYager . Not sure why people having so much problems, but i never did.

Cant withdraw my money. It asks for verification code which is sent via text and i enter but then there is no confirm button to finalize, nothing. its like theyre trying to trap your money. Stay away.

App does not work. Lost so much money. Stay away from voyager.

I rate this app big fat 0! First of all they take forever to deposit your funds but obligate you by crediting you with instant cash. Great, but what if I decide I don’t like the app? I am stuck waiting for my funds to deposit!!! Voyager offers little and is poorly managed. In addition I have been unable to use this app because of pinning and ssl issues! Website frequently down for HOURS! Don’t use this app!

I wouldn't advising using this app. On two separate occasions voyager app withdrew duplicate transactions. The first time it was for $300 bank deposit withdrawals & the second time it was $900 bank deposit withdrawals. I'm pretty sure it was due to an issues with the app. Before contacting my bank. I reached out to your VOYAGER on two occasions regarding the duplicate deposit transactions, that were made on my account. I never got a response. I decided to overlook the first duplicate transaction for $300. However, I noticed the same thing happened again. When I purchased $900 worth of doge coins. The app prompted me to make a deposit, after making the deposit. I got an error message indicating I didn't have enough funds to make a trade and prompted me to repeat the same steps. After repeating the same steps. I later discovered they processed two separate transactions. There were two $900 withdrawals from my bank & in my transaction history it was showing one deposit for $900 & another one for $899.99. Mind you the deposit amount was for $900.00. I immediately contacted voyager letting them know about the error message & duplicate transaction issues with the app & asked them to cancel the duplicate transaction . Because It was not my fault their app wasn't working properly!!! They never responded not once. After waiting and not getting a response. I decided to notify my bank about the issue & Now my $900 is floating somewhere in the air & My voyager account is showing -899.99. My bank also confirmed there were two $900 withdrawals from my account. I will definitely be looking for a different platform to buy and sell. A TRADER SHOULD NEVER BE FORCED TO PURCHASE MORE THAN WHAT THEY INTENDED DUE TO A FAULTY APP & I'M PRETTY SURE I'M NOT THE FIRST.

Zero stars. Your deposit sits in limbo stuck in "processing" as they ask you to re-verify your ID by sending a pic of yourself holding your DL along with bank statements to a random drop box. That should all happen through the app up front. I haven't been able to get my deposit processed since May 4th. Zero customer service.
Just bots. Ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.

Not liking the voyager app in comparison to its competitors or other exchanges. The deposit/withdrawal processing times on voyager take 5-10 business days where most other exchanges are instant up to 72 hours. I recommend using eToro, sofi, Gemini, Crypto.com or an actual crypto wallet. Voyager has by far been my worst experience on trading exchange platforms. Like worse than Robinhood.

this is the worse exchange I that I had to deal with of all my 3 years i have been into cryptocurrency. let me just say that all my deposit I Made to my Voyager account have been cleared and been confirmed already for a week now. And Voyager customers support has not contacted me. I still have not been helped, by anyone other then then their customers support bots and the annoying automated response they send you whenever you sumit a support ticket get help or support from whatever account you may be having the issue with. as of right now me writing this review about my experience with voyager my deposits bonuses that Voyager
say they have me one for sign up bonus and another one for a referring someone which is not true i never referred anyone those are the only pending deposits that won't let me withdraw my own deposits i made for 45$ that have been confirmed for 10 days already and the bonus Voyager added to my account have been pending since march of 2021and are stil sitting on pending status its the bonus voyager added as bonus deposits to my account. they gave me the first bonus
ever since march 2021 and still pending and now we are in April and they have not confirmed they will not let me withdraw the 45$ of my cryptocurrency that I regret ever depositing here on the Voyager exchange account. and as of right now. I still can't withdraw any of the 45$ i deposited on my voyager account.at first voyager tells you that you have to wait 10 days before you can withdrawal any funds from your deposits. or if it happens to you just like it happened to me. that now they are telling me that my pending deposits a greater amount then my fully confirmed deposits that are available to withdraw. all just because Voyager they added another bonus that says I refer someone to Voyager. I would never refer anyone to Voyager it's the worse don't fall victim like me fellow crypto enthusiasts

Same as everyone else...got drawn to app because of interest rates...however, I can't access my money and customer service is non-existent. DO NOT USE!!!!!

This platform is simple to use and gets you started right away. Monthly interest payouts are compounding nicely as intended. Not sure why so many others are having problems, it's 1 app... It should work the same for everyone.

I tried withdrawing my money into my bank account and it keeps getting rejected. How in the hell does it get rejected twice when I’m trying to transfer my funds into my bank account? It keeps saying insufficient funds, but how is that so when I traded my btt to usd and all I’m trying to do is withdraw my usd to put in my bank account.

Voyager has a fantastic and very slick UX/UI that I love. I can live with their spread when buying/selling and they have a great selection of coins. BUT when I tried to move 100 ADA from crypto.com > voyager, all done in app, copy/pasting and double checking wallet addresses, my 100 Ada never showed up in my voyager wallet. It’s been over a month now. I have submitted a trouble ticket and gotten NO help. I am in the process of moving all my crypto off the platform. Do not trust them to help if anything goes wrong.

Your price on crypto is way lower than market value. Plus you charge more than your market value upon purchase. According to your website. You don’t charge a fee for buying and selling. So is the price you advertise live. Or is that just your way off making a profit. While claiming no fees? I make 10% more profit on Robinhood for the same crypto purchased at the exact same time.

User of this scam site beware.Their price is pulled of of nowhere. The entire site is set up to make voyager money. While stealing yours. If you do use the site. You must be up 25%. So you make 10% profit and the no fee site makes 15%.
As reported no customer service to answer any questions. This is not a real exchange site.
I learned the hard way. Before joining any market or exchange. Find contact and customer support. Do not read reviews from their site or apps.

These people are crooks. RUN.
They hold your funds forever and sell you crypto for .02 -.03 above market value or sell your crypto .02-.03 below. The reason why they hold your funds so they can complete this spread resale. Withdrawals take over 60 days not 5-10 as its advertised. No live customer service just a bot. 0 security. Not US-based. The app is down every other day while you can't complete any trade.

Don’t trust this app! Two cash deposit attempts cleared from my bank (Regions) in the amount of $1000 and $750 but never posted to my Voyager account and it’s been over a month now. Customer service has yet to reply with any answer specific to my complaint. I’m now gonna be forced to contact the attorney general and SEC. Avoid!
