terrible. Cant even get past the verification part. after about 30 tries I just uninstalled the app and went elsewhere. It will ask you to take a front and back photo of your ID which I did. They were both perfectly clear no blurs or glares perfect lighting. Tried over 25 different times and it rejected it. It that point I just uninstalled the app after wasting an hour of my life. Would not recommend- worst exchange ive used so far which technically I didnt even get to use it because you cant even get past the verification part.

Steer clear from voyager! They robbed me from my deposits. I made two deposits thinking the first one didn’t go through, for a total of $950. They neither gave me the crypto I thought I was buying which was bitcoin, and my money was just absorbed. I went to my bank to get it back, because they were not answering my emails I’m not uploading my deposits. So now they’re forcing me to sell all my other crypto‘s and they’re trying to absorb that $950 back into their bank. They are thieves!

THAT GOOFY CEO OF VOYAGER WAS TALKING CRAP ABOUT HOW ROBINHOOD CRASHES ALL THE TIME. THIS POS CRASHED 20 HOURS A DAY EVERY DAY. SHOULD HOLD THE GUINESS WORLD RECORD FOR THE SHITTIES PLATFORM THAT CRASHES CONSTANTLY. GOD FORBID YOU CREATE A SUPPORT TICKET. I CREATED 3 OF THEM 4 MONTHS AGO AND STILL AWAITING RESPONSES. GOD FORBIT YOU TRY TO WITHDRAW YOUR MONEY OUT MIGHT HAVE TO WAIT A FEW MONTHS TO GET IT. BY FAAAAAARRRR!!!! THE WORST PLATFORM IVE EVER USED TO TRADE CRYPTO. BIGGEST REGRET WAS USING IT

I’vebeen using voyager for about 4 months now and really happy with the app. I’ve deposited, transferred, bought and sold crypto without any problems. Plus the interest is paid every month without any problems. Hope more people have a better experience with this company because I do like the future potential with them.

later deposited & then my account was disabled was going to delete banking info so it's not stuck on my account... But they locked me out before I could do anything 3/22 still locked out of account no one responded to my email took the money but froze the account Update 4-17-21 still locked out of the account not even a email back 5-22 still locked out of the account 6-4 still locked out june 27th now say account is inactive no reply from the support.. Support replied account re enabled but now the deposits missing and they took the money out of my checking account but never deposited the coins into my account.. Now they say when I deposited I deposited a coin I never heard of ... I bought vet at .32 cents .. They said I bought a coin I never heard of

had no problems . hope all is well in the future for you that claim you have lost access...

I have contacted them thru email and still no answer. No email sent yet to reset my password. And there is no phone number to call. IM NOT ABLE TO LOG IN AT ALL. So frustrating because is people's money they messing with. Who else is having trouble . And their reply email is not helpful. I will be reporting them for stealing from my bank if they don't get back at me .

I can't log in so I hit forgot login and was never sent a link. I emailed voyager only to be told they have system problems, make sure I have 2.9.19 when the only version in the app store is 2.5.21. They're stealing our money who can we report this to!!!

Really can’t understand all the negativity here.. IMO the app is great, has a lot of coins and the interest rates are quite amazing (especially since BTC/ETH rates are locked till end of 2021!) I even mailed the costumer service just to see if they are really that bad (as everyone here is crying about) and they got back to me in under 24 hours on a holiday.. had a good experience here and I have faith, that the team will constantly improve the app over time
EDIT: looked at some of the reviewers and some of them left the same review for 5-8 different platforms.. seems like that they have some incentive to talk bad about the platform (who knows why)

Cannot log in because password fails, even though I am certain I have entered it correctly. The password reset function also fails: no reset email received. The only avenue for support is to complete an on-line support ticket and this too doesn't work:"captcha failed please try again." So I cannot access my acount nor can I get any help.
Support was finally provided and access restored on 7/7.

I deposited money in the app. Bought ETH then when I tried to sell the app order history says the trade executed but it didn’t. The money is still reflected in my portfolio but I haven’t had access to it for 3 months. The company doesn’t respond to emails. Do not use this app. They are a scam and steal from many people.

Voyager is not free trading . I notice I put in $500 and only 497.50 goes into trade…. Stop saying your free trading because whether it’s $50 or $500 they are charging transaction fees. No transparency . Thought Coinbase was higher but realize no Voyager is taking a fee they say cause they get you a better entry point. No clear fee structure and say they are commission free but they are not fee free. Period. Misleading clients

Don’t download and don’t invest trough this. I opened and account 5 month ago and I am still waiting for review lol I wrote them emails over a dozen emails and no response, not even one response to the reviews so clearly shows company does not care about its users. Don’t trust your money to someone who can’t respond to you, we have been though that since little, me I promise you they will steal your money and you will have no way to get it back because there is no one on the other side to help you. Be smart, get an app with higher reviews and a company that has phone service or at lease an email service. This one is a scam. I have just counted my emails, in the past 5 month I have sent 17 emails and not one of them have received a response. Initially when I opened an account the app didn’t state the length of the wait but now it says 12 weeks, and if you send us emails it will make the process longer. Like what kind of company that cares for their users says that? It’s been 5 month. Apperantly if you send them an email they will not review your account because your emails will take a few weeks of Thais time. Just ridiculous. I will keep writing reviews i till I get at least once response or account review gets lifted, but even after that I will encourage others not to use this app because of the experience that I have received. And keep in mind I am an American Citizen who has been trading crypto and stocks for over 10 years, no one has a problem with reviews beside this app.

Terrible service. Likely a total scam. They locked me out of my account and have been waiting for over 11 days. No answer. I would not recommend this platform to anyone.

The biggest scam on the face of the earth. They kept my life savings more than $40K and they close my account and yet to see any of my money

Would give zero stars if able. No support after 1 month of repetitive requests just to get my transaction history. Need to get your crypto out? Good luck. Plan for weeks delays, cancelled transactions, lost funds. Estimate $95,000 lost due to these clowns. Worst customer service and support I’ve had with any company my entire life. Use at own risk and interest made is not worth it

I was locked out my account for days then I decided to delete app and download app again re logged in and I was 😎

I have used Voyager since January 2020 and have had no issues. There have been times the app has gone down, but that is like any other app in the Crypto space. As stated they are a publicly held company and you need to READ the terms before getting all upset because You didn’t read them and now don’t like them.

They refuse to allow you to transfer any coins out other than 3. If you want your money you have to sell the coins. NEVER USE THEM. Horrible. No live response, they make it difficult to contact.
