Do not use this exchange. I was lured in by them paying high interest rates on usdc coin. However, my account was hacked and the criminals stole $57k. I sent numerous requests to have someone from customer service to contact me so I could get back into my account as the hackers changed my login. No response for 5 days now. I have already filed a Bbb report on voyager. I am not even wanting them to replace the money stolen as really it was Verizon’s fault for allowing my phone number to be ported without my consent. I just need the transaction history from the blockchain for the police report. Still no answer from voyager. Do not use this exchange!!!! Horrible customer service. I am working with a lawyer now to go after Verizon, but if I can get enough crappy feedback from others in voyager. I will have my lawyer look Into going after them as well. Coinbase is miles ahead of voyager. They actually responded and got me the transactions I needed for the police report. As the criminals hacked that too

Let me know if anyone ever got access to a customer service phone number for voyager.

I wrote a previous review and yes the process is slow and the clients still may get upset and aggravated. But the company is reliable with your money. So take my time to make things right. Still need to work a lot on speed and make the difference with respect to regular banking. TY.

Minus $2,000 from my account at 5:54 am. Woke up immediately in debt. Never authorized the transaction. Bank of America said wait until the next day to confirm it was an unauthorized transaction and Voyager got me again the very next day for another $1,500 at 6:03 am. Was able to stop the $1,500, but got smoked on the $2,000 BoA allowed me to wait on. I immediately froze my bank account and removed the account from Voyager. Upon reaching out to Voyager, they immediately shut down all crypto transactions and wallets through a forced update with a system to shut me down immediately and said I must no longer use Voyager and to remove any remaining balance in fiat only. Leaving me hanging at a standstill to fight their terrible customer service. What a waste of time and money. They are NOT an exchange. Just a broker. Voyager is NOT listed on Coin Market Cap or Coin Gecko as a legitimate exchange. Not listed? Not an exchange. That simple. They lure you in with great rewards, then just take your money while you are there. No DOGE or ADA deposits or withdrawals? Super shady for an "exchange". Was my first red flag. Should have been more attentive knowing the history of bad brokers and exchanges since cryptocurrency has begun. Only an app? Also scary. Without a desktop capable version this is a ticking time bomb with too many hands feeding the fire in Canada and the States. I bet there are some nice zero days laying around in the infrastructure too. Located in New Jersey and New York, but also located in Los Angeles? Originally filed in 1983 then, managed by Glacier Point Capital LLC created in 2008 in Irvine, CA (which strangely disappeared summer of 2021) filed for IPO in 2014, finally goes public 5 years later in 2019, then aquires Voyager Digital Securities in Jan of 2020. Plus listed in Canada on the TSX as a Canadian company? Very suspect. Too many layers of corporate protection as an LLC so they are not liable for losses if they go bankrupt, have issues, or steal your money, which they do. Usually never works out for the investor big or small. If it's too good to be true, it is. There is better staking on better exchanges and better customer service on many more REAL exchanges. Mt. Gox and Cryptsy? Plus many more. Run away, quick. Stay with the tried and true real exchanges you know. Class action lawsuit? Sign us all up that had money stolen right out of our wallets. Literally.

I’ve been using The Voyager app almost a year now…it has gotten better each month and they’re still not done improving…the CEO Steve Ehrlich is very accessible on Twitter (maybe other platforms too) and has always engaged his community/customers with uncommon frequency…you just don’t see that from Most CEOs. I feel very comfortable using Voyager as my go to Crypto app…they also plan to have many other Services in the future.

Easily the best crypto investing platform I've used, in terms of ease of use, utility, and customer service. Haven't had any issues with withdrawals and customer service was very quick to respond to a small issue I had. I'm frankly surprised by the number of negative reviews on this website since I can't fathom experiencing anything like what was described based on my own experience with the app. I wish they had a desktop version though, but that is supposed to be coming soon!

I've been using Voyager since January 2021 and have been through all the different issues that came up.

I can understand why since Voyager experienced scaling and growth issues.

Because of the Robinhood Gamestop and AMC fiasco earlier in the year, Voyager saw substantial growth that it wasn't ready for.

There were a lot of scaling issues for other people and the waitlist was long!

But I was already on the platform, I did see the app down to fix these different issues, but I use this platform for collecting interest and for medium to longer-term holding.

It's been great for that since there is a recurring buy option it lets me dollar-cost-average daily.

Beyond longer-term swing trading, I do not use Voyager for that because I find the charts too basic, but I use TradingView anyway so that doesn't matter.

There is an ACH option for deposits so there is no wire fee, unlike other apps or platforms.

The interest rates are competitive with other apps with over 60+ cryptocurrencies to buy and 34 can generate interest.

I like the variety of cryptocurrencies with the ability to buy crypto that is not found in other mainstream exchanges.

I haven't had many issues, but customer service has been decent at getting back to me with only long wait times during the major scaling and growth issues at the beginning of the year.

The team behind Voyager has experience within traditional finance and major companies like Uber. They listen to the community and have been making changes based on our feedback which is refreshing.

Just like many other reviews. They misunderstood a support request I ma de & disabled my account. I've sent numerous inquiries with no response. I am going to file a grievance if they don't unlock my account ASAP!

Update: This did get resolved.

I have what to me is significantly high amount of money locked up there. Been trying for a week to get any response from these people. Got one response on Facebook saying that they would prioritize this and that was three days ago.
Platform is nice. Customer service - AWFUL. The responses are unbelievably slow if any are given at all for really important stuff like money being stuck in the platform for a week+…

Avoid this site, they sequester your money for lot more than 5 business days, only allow cash flow into their system, making personal money liquidity and other businesses payments a nightmare.

Been using Voyager for 6 months now, and it's by far the best I've used. Great interest rates, and a big shoutout to the customer service team for their help!

Trading Crypto is always risky and Voyager doesn't seem to care. When I set up a crypto trading account if there are red flags during the setup, I don't stick around any longer after that.

After going through the initial verification Voyager sent me an email requesting additional information. I was once a victim of identity theft and it is extremely difficult. Voyager requested that I upload the following documents to a "Dropbox" account. Umm NO. Some information I'm not comfortable about resubmitting. For example. If I tell you my SSN why would you need a copy of it. The company should have the capacity to confirm that it is not fraudulent.

Based on our review, in order to verify your identity and complete account opening, please provide a clear photo of yourself holding your valid driver's license AND one of the following documents:
Social Security Card
W-2 Form
SSA- 1099 Form
A non-SSA - 1099 Form
Paystub containing the name and Social Security number

We are always given personal accounts for transfers, to deposit funds into our account, however, these personal accounts are triggering anti-scam alerts in the banks. I was also inform that failure to fulfil any campaign requirements will result in frozen account. This was not shared upon campaign registration and there is also no mention ways on how to get the systems to unfreeze the account and return the funds access to us. We are unable to withdraw, or exit the campaign as the local banks are tracing all our transaction to the personal accounts given by the customer service team. which is very disappointing.

So, I’ve read a ton of reviews for voyager. I have had very little problems with it but my girlfriend has had a some scary issues...until now. Long story short, the code that was sent to allow her to transfer crypto never worked until she turned on her VPN. That’s the key. On the other had, she transferred 4K with of XRP from her exodus account to voyager and it never shows up. the address was verified. The lack of customer service from voyager cemented the loss. The interest paid on crypto is great but it’s certainly risky to do business with anyone who won’t work with you to resolve issues.

Voyager Invest is an absolute horrible App. I deposited $600 into my account with intentions of purchasing a Crypto. Once it was determined they stop offering the Crypto I wanted to purchase. They will not allow me to transfer the money back to my BAnk. The app ask for verification code when you enter it nothing happens. I honestly believe they purposely have this Glitch as the Deposit works just fine but the Withdrawl doesn't. I have been waiting for over a week after opening a ticket for a response to no avail. Also they don't have any semblane of Customer Service Number just email. HORRIBLE!!!!

You hear this can happen but you never think it will happen to you. Voyager legit stole my crypto. I used voyager to receive crypto. I initiated on transfer went through just fine. I initiated another transfer and POOF! Just like that my money is gone. After reaching out to Voyager support, I ran into a dead end I was told “ Unfortunately, we have determined that recovery is not feasible in this case due to the nature of this blockchain. This determination is final.”

Translation “we stole your money and there’s nothing you can do about it”

Terrible. I have had coins stuck in my transfers out for days now. You can loose everything while waiting to transfer out. You can't transfer alot of coins out because there are no addresses to use. Support is basically non existent. No one gets back to you at all. Don't use this place. I have over 10,000 stuck there!

I should give 0 star and im forcefully given 1 star its been 6 month they close the account right after transfer my 1500$ then they close the account and never responded

This is a joke!
To verify my acct they asked me for craziest list of docs ever. All docs had to be not older than 30 days.
Government letters and docs from postmaster! Postmaster! Lol
That will prob take me weeks. For some worthless app??? Yeah, right!
There are tons of other similar apps which are not total insane.

Also, you spend hours to upload your ID, system is all messed up and never takes it.

Dont waste your time.
