I joined Voyager because of $100 special, under mavs100. It said if I deposit $100 and make a trade of at least $100,i willgwt$100 crypto for free within 72 hours. Did mybtadeon November 5 but still didn't get the $100 crypto. Also, it says if I refer someone, I'll get $25. It's all a lie. Voyager is a scammer. I emailed last week and no reply. I am about to sell my crypto even with a loss in Voyager. Stay away from Voyager.

I have lost 700$ minus there fees money was never ached to 2 major bank accounts on file.

Today I had a fraudulent charge on my bank account (ACH transfer) from Voyager. I never had any business with this company and until 2 minutes ago didn't know what it was. Having seen another post on the same problem looks like it is the business of this company to scam people out doing fraudulent transfers. How are they even still in business?

Never an issue, had the android app for about 6 months. Receive my interest first of every month. In the beginning it would crash from time to time but they have seemed to add servers as it doesnt happen anymore. Recommend to other friends who also had no issues.

I have contacted the SEC about this company. They have stolen a total of $15K from my bank account and I messaged them on Instagram and was told that they would work to resolve this, that was 2 months ago and I haven't heard anything from them since. I will be contacting Stephen Ehrlich next.

I have been using this company for last several months. Here are some most serious problems with this company:

Withdrawals (not deposits) are subjected review by their staff. You cannot move your crypto out of their wallets because some crazy staffer decides based on a hunch that you can’t. This defeats the purpose of decentralized finance concept. Why should there be gatekeeper to your own money. Coinbase and Crypto.com do not have middle men to gate-keep your assets. It’s wallet to wallet transfer.

Deposits are frequently declined, many within few hours with a note ‘insufficient funds’. It’s impossible to determine insufficient funds in your external bank account Within few hours. The transfers are not even presented to the bank which typically takes 1-2 business days. So you have to contact them to fix it. It’s just an added hassle and annoying

Communication is extremely poor. When you email
Them using their ‘submit request’ option you get an auto reply acknowledging the receipt of your email with a few FAQs. However, if you don’t read this email carefully you will realize that there will be no respond from them unless you reply to this auto email. It says at the bottom ‘if you need additional assistance please reply to this email’. I had been waiting for days for their reply until I figured this caveat out.

Withdrawal fees are twice those charged by Coinbase pro and other brokers.

You don’t have a wallet and keys. It’s just like Robinhood.

Bottom line: voyager is a heavily centralized and heavily guarded non-wallet company. They just give you ‘paper crypto’ not the real ones. They don’t have an exchange. You are entirely at their mercy when it comes to moving your funds out.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would!! Customer support is nonexistent! I have been locked out of my account and no one has been able to respond to me… I have submitted in a ticket and have even tried contacting them via social media since they’re always active. They seem to never respond to customers that have problems with accessing their accounts, but can respond to those that have only good things to say about their company. I’m starting to wonder if they’re scamming people by not letting people back into their accounts… Stay far away from this company!!

Transferred my shiba from coinbase to voyager on October 6th. Still nothing in my voyager. I sent them many emails and 10 days later i was asked for hash id. Now we are in November and still out 10k as the coin is worth today. I reached out to coinbase they assured me it was a successful transfer along with the block explorer. This company wants to expand in Europe and be part of Dallas Mavericks? I'm not one to rock the boat but being out 10k, i will rock it 10k x 10.

Decent platform. Withdrawals are a hassle. VOY limits withdrawals to 25k in 24 hours. Unfortunately, your transfer may be rejected multiple times and stuck in pending for days. It will take me 7+ days and cost around $180.00+ to transfer 2btc off the platform. And that's if the transfer goes through on time.
Most of my interest earned will be absorbed through TX fees.

This is not a place for anyone holding more $25k in coins. Learned the hard way - Once I'm gone, I'm gone! Sad 😔 I had high hopes. Let's see if they make good. If so, I raise them to 3 stars. It's a decent platform, the app can be glitchy, but I have figured out how to work through some of the glitches.

Voy is a broker, not an exchange. Very High fees. I did a video showing that 85% of the coins you can buy, you can not send off the platform. There are plenty of other reputable places to buy, sell and stake crypto. Celsius, Hodlnaut, Coinloan, Midas investments, Ledn. I suggest you DYOR.

Update: I raised the score to 3 stars. Customer Service responded and my withdrawals were processed. Hooray!

Easily one of the worst Crypto apps on the market that I've experienced. More than half of the currencies on the app are blocked from being traded to a different wallet app, and on top of all of that. This app always goes down "randomly" when certain crypto's are gaining big numbers.

They always talk about "upgrading performance" but yet somehow the app always goes down randomly during market highs. Remarkable.

The company is a fishy business. They ruin the market for others to make profit for themselves.

You can forget customer service .I have not been able to transfer or deposit for 5 days and can get no response .Spent numerous hours just trying to put in support ticket and that won't go thru .Do not have access to own money.please go to different app. where you can get service

Customer support seems to be nonexistent. AI support in app is useless. I’m beginning to believe they don’t hold my best interest. Why Apple App Store has a high rating for this app I can’t figure out. I can tell you that it is very frustrating in a time sensitive industry to not be able to access my account.

I invested my btc with Futurefee now, I’ve just received my 200% income

They took money the amount of 2700 and closed account, after which they did not answer for a week. Money was not returned. The company is a fraud.

I've used this platform for almost a year and it worked great for me.

I agree with some of the other comments. Very very bad exchange and dangerous. The app glitches and doesnt register/place coins in ur portfolio after you have executed a transaction with order ID and everything. Its been 2 weeks and still waiting for a reply from any support. CEO is on twitter shopping around but support never replies. Ive put multiple tweets, replies and even tickets without success. you have been warned. STAY AWAY
