I was really excited to use Voyager. Who doesn't want to earn quality interest on crypto! I also love to support the under dog.
However, they locked my account without any notifications for the reason of identity verification due to the Patriot's Act.

I used their app to scan my USA driver's license, but the scanning would not upload or recognize the back of the the license. That seems quite odd given that most Driver's License backs are similar. So, I wrote about the issue whereby they sent a Dropbox link many days later, but still locked out. I uploaded my information, but the picture looked too professional, so I sent another selfie. Then, they decided that I needed a selfie with a voyager poster and holding my driver's license. I feel no need to continue to play their game as I have provided the legal documents required. Coinbase did not have this issue.

So after uploading my information and their asking me to bark like a dog and run around their circus, I'm letting everyone know..that putting your money in voyager will be very risky.

I do not have access to my account to transfer my crypto out. Their customer service is lower than subpar and they are unwilling to recognize they are breaking the law of changing specifications for identity verification. You can't lock people out without a few notifications and if they provide a valid license, it is not the user's responsibility to continue the dog and pony show.

Be very careful. The CEO thinks their app is fabulous on twitter and will ignore the feedback to fix the issues.. and boy are there a lot of issues on reddit, twitter, etc... I'm def. not the only one.

I was able to scan my Driver's License and selfie through their app. I was THRILLLED to finally have an escape route, but then when I clicked on "Transfer Crypto", the messaging said my account is not available for transfers (both in and out). I can't get my crypto out. I couldn't sell my crypto while it was tanking for the past three weeks, but customer service said my money was 'safe'. Please avoid this crazy app. Very irresponsible customer service, application development and gaslighting CEO.

Putting money in no problem,to a certain amount. Then a 10 day hold to put more in, that’s a joke. Taking money out is a bad experience. Days and Days no money.Going on day 4 now just withdrew a 1000 bucks. Probably take years to get it all out. Place is a joke. Coinbase pro or coinbase 1000 times smoother!!! Have the money in my account instantly!!!! Coinbase might be more money, but so much easier. Coinbase Pro cheaper for sure, and so much smoother after you figure it out. Voyager needs lots of work. Sad I had to do this I own the coin. Just sick of the BS to get my money back.

Locked account with my money in there. No reason given. No customer support. Avoid this centralized exchange

There literally is no customer service. No phone number that is answered, and no email that is answered other than a generic "we got your message" reply. I have a $4,000+ issue that needs to be addressed with no way of reaching them. I have emailed several times for MONTHS with no response. I filed a complaint with the BBB, no response. Maybe we need to spam Mark Cuban until either he drops this sham of a company or they actually create a customer service department.

Ripped Off by MAVS100 promotion. I joined Voyager because of their promo claim to pay $100 in BTC. I did my part to meet the criteria and they have yet to fulfill their end of the deal. They waitlisted my account but I still deposited $100 cash within the required timeframe and completed a purchase of $100 in ETH on 10/31/2021 due to their wait listing, but they never paid the $100 in BTC. Now when I want to transfer my purchased ETH to a legitimate platform they want me to pay them 12% of my holdings. They want to steal my ETH gains and take some of my original investment. Total rip off.

AVOID: Was really into this project so I invested in it over a year and a half ago. Was looking to add onto my portfolio and saw that they did a swap without my knowledge and now all my coins are worth nothing. Their SWAP was a SCAM to make their token go up in value. STAY AWAY

This company drived up his price by burning 80 million dollars worth of investments instead of booking results / innovating. Their app and any other function is a joke.
Reopen the swap and give your investors their money back.

This isn’t just bad or terrible, it’s boardline criminal. This company makes the marketing claim they don’t charge commissions.

All one has to do is look at the point spread between the “bid” and the “ask”.
I’ve found in most cases between 20-100 or more baseline point differences.
That’s morally criminal !

If a company doesn’t have a phone number that you can call. That’s a “HUGE RED FLAG”. Think of “ONE” company in the stock trading space that doesn’t have a call center. The answer is NONE.

I wasn’t aware this organization was keeping people’s money. I understand in extreme cases, whereby funds don’t clear. However I’m sure there’s Federal Laws on the books that gives an individual a certain time period to make the funds good.

If this organization has taken one penny of your money or refuses to return your money.

This is exactly what one does.

Reported them to the Better Business Bureau to start. Assuming there’s an address of record on file.

Report them to the FCC.

Report them to your Local State Attorney General Office & the
Federal Attorney General’s Office.

Sue them in State & Federal court.

This app is scam, greatest scam in the world.
My deposit failed and my account was negative. All the coins I bought with the instant deposit yielded a lot of profits up to $10,000 even after I cleared my negative balance.
Only for Tony from voyager support to reachout to me and tell me I account has permanently been closed due to business policy. And there's nothing I can do about it, and I should never reachout to them.

Terrible company, they have my account locked supposedly for identity verification. Considering the fact that they verified my identity in September when I first opened my account the whole thing sounds ridiculous. I have no access to my funds and I'm not sure if my tokens are safe or not. Their system currently shows that I have no coins which is clearly a lie. There is no phone number to contact customer service. I've emailed them and they have yet to give a response to the question whether my assets are safe or not. Terrible! Terrible! Stay away from this company.

Absolutely horrible service. Transaction times take days to weeks while other exchanges accomplish these things within minutes. I would stay far, far away. They are currently holding my money pending a manual review… Whatever that means. Use any other exchange then Voyager.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!! got locked out of my account 11/20/21. Funds are gone!! No one is responding to my emails,tweets or ig messages. They also never transferred over 2,000 ada to kucoin. Now I just checked my bank account and they are still withdrawing from my bank for reoccurring buys!!! Explain that one?!!! I smell fraud!!!!!!!

Company won’t credit their own tokens. So many people that invested years ago lost everything. What kind of company does this? Stay far away from voyager or lose it all like thousands before you.

I signed up to get the Mavs100 promo and shortly afterwards got another 3 people to sign up ($25 referral fee in bitcoin for each person you sign up). So far, I have not received the $100 in bitcoin from the MAVS100 promo, I have only received one $25 referral, and now my account is locked and the app shows that I have no money in my account even though I have a decent amount of money in there invested in 4 different cryptos. I have sent 5-6 help tickets in and sent emails over the past 3 weeks. So far they haven't gotten back to me on any of them. Like all other posters have written, their customer service is non-existent (they don't actually have human customer service reps so all you can do is submit help tickets or get their bot that only replies with generic automated responses. It is unbelievable that a high profile successful businessman (Mark Cuban) is partnered with Voyager with this level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. I would highly advise taking your business elsewhere.

Tens of thousands of dollars invested through Voyager and they won't let me withdraw any of my funds. The initial process goes fine, it's when it gets to a human that I get the "declined" message. I can't even withdraw $1! They promised me $100 in free crypto for signing up but I never received it, not even after contacting customer support many times. It's now taking weeks to get any kind of a response from them and the response is a canned message they must use with everyone telling me to wait 10 days for my money! It's been a month and I still don't have anything and customer support is nonexistent. They don't even answer their phones! Their stock is tanking and I am worried this company is about to go under with everyone's money. This company is scary bad and they refuse to honor their obligations or let me withdraw my own money. I can not recommend Voyager, No customer service, no way to contact the people who are hold our monies hostage. I am a huge Mavs fan, thought a company Mark Cuban was involved with would be legit, boy was I wrong. Transaction shows “pending” held up to 14 days, it’s now been 22 days and counting. Have a ticket opened now for 7 days, don’t expect to see my money again. I am going back to Coinbase, lack of customer support, unlimited time in pending status, doesn’t work for me!

NO customer support what so ever. I’ve emailed them 6 times and they got back to me once. The one time they did get back to me, they didn’t even answer my question but gave me a generic response. I couldn’t even withdraw my initial deposit. Used the MAVS code and still can’t withdraw that. Once I finally get all my money out. I will never use this app/ company again.

Gave them a shot after a promo offer. Takes forever for funds to clear, before you can withdraw/use your crypto.... it's like a worse version of Robinhood. Customer service is non-existent. Submitted a support ticket weeks ago and absolutely no response. There are much better options out there.

Awful exchange. Awful!! Do not use. I have been in crypto space for a while and use many platforms. They do not pay my staking benefits even though I hold the daily minimum requirements for each coin. I have opened about 10 tickets over pst month and not one has been answered. Please do not use them. Others are so much better.
