DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH
Don't do business with voyager that is unless... You like being lied to. Enjoy wasting your time. The inability to withdraw your funding. You enjoy depositing but not being able to actually use the Fiat. If you enjoy sending all of your sensitive information and identity to Perfect Strangers who do not have a business operating phone number to contact them. If you enjoy speaking to automated messages and robots. No problem with sending crypto and more funding from external banking options to this platform without the opportunity to actually transfer any of those deposits or promotional offers out of this platform onto external wallets for personal bank. Therefore if you enjoy being ignored do you enjoy being lied to you enjoy responding to automated machines you enjoy wasting your time or and you enjoy participating and becoming a laughingstock and guppy just someone else's or other people's intention to take advantage of you. Voyager takes advantage of you and can will and do lie to you and steal from you. You will be going into circles unproductive circles. Wasteful,
k
Causes you to see resolving absolutely nothing in regards to being able to use your funds freely without any unnecessary problems's. Then this would be your perfect five-star platform for me absolutely not. A negative non-existent star option for Voyager.

Voyager robbed HODL people who missed token swap. The case is already in court and in the SEC. Be careful guys.

you own the shares to find out your shares are worthlessness, because you missed some token swap. A token swap should be done automatically without any action needed from investor!
Pitiful token swap
I'm an early investor and like many others I lost all my tokens because of the pitiful token swap. I kept my tokens in a wallet for long term investment and I didn't hear about this swap. Unlike many other companies, they opened the swap only for a short period of time in the middle of the pandemic.
Voyager rips off its loyal investors
Voyager decided to change their V1 VGX tokens to V2 and held a swapping event that many of the holders were not aware of, especially those outside the United States who can not use the Voyager App and were storing their tokens in self custody crypto wallets.
After the incredibly short 34 day swap event (practically unheard of... most token swap periods are open for at least a year... some are indefinite), those who did not participate in the swap were left with useless, valueless tokens that could not be exchanged anywhere and Voyager claim no responsibility for this whatsoever and offer no solution.
Those of us who believed and contributed towards this project simply want the opportunity to swap our valueless tokens for the newest VGX designation.
There is a petition running to re-open the VGX token swap... I'm prevented from posting the url in this review but googling "voyager swap petition" will get you there.
Is Voyager a good investment in 2022
Is Voyager a good investment in 2022? NO
Change of bankruptcy = 50%
So what happened to this once profitable company?
Voyagers token swap window was so short and so poorly communicated that 20,000 plus customers missed out and are now left with worthless tokens. Millions of dollars owed and court proceedings could bankrupt the company.
Seperate to that, Voyager is being sued for fraud over hidden fees to the amount of $1Billion.
Voyager digital stock price has fallen by over 50% since court proceedings commenced in December 2021. VGX token price is also down by 50%.
This is not a profitable investment.
Missed the VGX swap, they won't re-open it!
Back in 2017 a company called Bitsequence held their initial coin offering and sold approximately $1.68 million worth of the Bitsequence (BQX) cryptocurrency.
Many of those original investors and hundreds of investors who bought BQX after the ICO as a promising long-term investment have had the value of those tokens reduced to nothing and are fighting to have their true value restored.
History: Bitsequence made the decision to rebrand as ETHOS and launched an official wallet to safely store BQX, many investors stored their tokens in the official wallet, others stored them in cold storage wallets like Ledger Nano and some kept them on exchanges.
In 2019 a project called Voyager acquired the ETHOS project and decided that the existing tokens would be rebranded as Voyager and be changed to VGX, a great many BQX holders did not receive this information!
Part of the functionality of the ETHOS wallet before it was essentially abandoned was to convert stored BQX to VGX, the announcement below was part of the official advice from ETHOS:
"All Ethos tokens you hold will be automatically switched to Voyager Tokens (VGX) on all platforms which support the rebrand. In order to best take advantage of the token name and ticker symbol change, we recommend that you hold your tokens either on the Ethos Universal Wallet or on the Voyager app, as both platforms will be natively supporting the change."
BQX holders who did not get the notification and those who were simply long term holding were at this point forgotten and left behind, but there was worse to come!
Voyager for reasons best known to themselves decided that a further token swap would be carried out converting VGX 1.0 Tokens to VGX 2.0, this was to be carried out on the Voyager app (available only to users in the US) and at participating online exchanges.
Yet again Voyager ( and it can be argued: also the participating exchanges) failed to properly notify existing holders and with the ETHOS wallet all but abandoned and in the worst cases malfunctioning (preventing withdrawal), even holders who had transferred their BQX tokens to the ETHOS app and successfully converted their tokens to VGX 1.0 also found themselves left behind and forgotten!
Furthermore some VGX 1.0 holders who did find out about and participated in the swap event have claimed that they did not receive VGX 2.0 tokens in return for the tokens they substituted and that Voyager still hold their VGX 1.0.
Despite repeated requests by legitimate token holders VOYAGER refuses to re-open the swap portal and now deem all prior holdings worthless!
Whilst the existence of this swap event may have been communicated to Voyager users in the US, there was very little consideration or direct notification given to users outside the US and with the event being of a very short duration (despite a two week extension) at it's conclusion there were four categories of holders.
BQX holders (original investors) - With no facility to exchange or update their tokens rendering them worthless!
VGX 1.0 holders - With no facility to exchange or update their tokens rendering them worthless!
VGX 1.0 holders - Who sent their tokens to the appropriate swap portals, received nothing and lost their VGX 1.0!
VGX 2.0 holders - The new official token holders and the only remaining tokens in use that are considered of any value!
BQX and VGX holders supported this project and backed it with hard earned money, we only want that value to be recognized and have our tokens updated to the newest version so that we can continue supporting the project we invested in!
Other projects have done so and looked after their faithful users, we have created a Telegram group to discuss these matters and organize ourselves towards rectifying this situation if you have found yourself in the same situation as us and wish to join us you can find us on Telegram at: ReOpenVgxSwap
Do NOT use them!!
After one month of opening an account on their app, Voyager suddenly wanted me to scan in my U.S. Drivers Licence before I could get into my account . In spite of trying to scan it multiple times over a span of almost 3 months, it will not scan. I have emailed them multiple times. They have the nerve to tell me not to keep sending multiple support requests. Keep telling me they are working on it. My money is trapped there and crypto has gone down significantly. This is robbery!! There is no phone number to call for assistance, how convenient for them.
Now I will start by saying when I…
Now I will start by saying when I started I was new to crypto. But after months of research on various companies I got a lot better at my trades. I had the same amount on the same coin for weeks in coinbase and voyager. Coinbase I was up 134.00 and for some reason voyager was down 1.08 same crypto same purchase same time. This app I believe is set up to bait and switch you through the app itself. I believe it's a set up ponzi scheme and please don't get duked out of 2500.00 like I did. I had to experiment to prove it but I am 100 percent sure no one has ever profited off of crypto in this app. Horrible horrible and whoever is the CEO should drink a scotch with Satan. Which they probably ly do every night. DONT GET SCAMMED. COINBASE NOT VOYAGER
Voyager blows
Customer service is nonexistent. There is no number to call just an email option. They haven’t responded to my email for over 2 weeks. I can’t send my crypto out of voyager and they won’t respond to my emails. I won’t deposit another penny into voyager.
You are on your own
Transferred crypto but never received the deposit. Provided tx hash and opened over 15 tickets. No response.
Voyager can go @screw$ themselves
Voyager can go @screw$ themselves. Lied about MAVS100 promo. They responded to my enquiry after six weeks, closed the ticket, then failed to follow through. SCAM!!!!!
As soon as I am able to transfer out of Voyager, my money is going elsewhere.
Why are you holding my money hostage
I've been with Voyager almost a year. Multiple deposits and withdrawals. But this time I made a withdrawal and waited for over a week then suddenly it was rejected last night. "Processor Error" After reading the recent reviews, now I'm nervous, I've referred several people who have investments in the wallet.

Follow up review so make sure your zoom is not enhanced on your phone. As mine was and when I kept hounding them that my money I can't withdrawal. They finally had one guy from support get back to me said to run of Zoom that was my issue and now I got my money out. Would I recommend them nope not in the slightest as mark cuban recommended and I still didn't get the 100 but coin if I made it by the weekend. So that's one negative the next is the support they never respond. The amount of money they make is ridiculous not to hire or respond to customers. Last it took me hounding them on social media to make them finally give into getting me help months went by. So find another app or another crypto place people have had no issues.
Mark Cuban advertise a sign up for…
Mark Cuban advertise a sign up for Voyager and receive $100 Bitcoin. It's been over 2 months. I have sent two emails no response. This is false advertisement. I have Bitcoin with another app and it grows this one has been going down the drain. I will report it to the big boys.
They hold your money hostage
They hold your money hostage. Once you make a deposit, you can't move, withdraw or my bank is unlinked and I am unable to re-link. Their support is doesn't exist. This fraudulent company, stay away
I ran over my android phone
I ran over my android phone. I could not log in with "facial recognition" because the screen was shattered. It has been over a month trying to log in with a new iPhone. Like other people have said, customer support sent a generic response without clear instructions. It does not recognize my login information. Angry and ready to file a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).
Voyager is a THIEF
Voyager is a THIEF! I have been trying to retrieve my money and close my account for a month! I get a generic automated response via email. Please don’t invest here! Report them to the Better Business Bureau.
