They halted trading, Locked up my 5k, I can basically kiss that money goodbye. I guess the customers get to pay for the company's idiotic use of their money. I would say not to use this exchange, however, they are filing bankruptcy and I doubt the app will survive much longer.

DON’T DO DO IT!! I put money here because it was originally the only place to buy a certain coin. I’ve invested a bit into different coins now. The sales don’t go through unless the coin drops below or you purchase at their market rate. I compared their market rate to other platforms and theirs was higher. I didn’t think they could do that. That is what is. But here is the real kicker.

I have cash just sitting there. Only $72. I went in to buy and what do you know! Trading suspended. So I tried to withdraw MY CASH! USD - cash. Nope. Withdraws Suspended!!! That’s my cash! I messaged them and no answer. Suspend your trading, fine. That sucks, but steal my money that’s not invested yet? That’s thievery and shameful. I hope they are sued.

Save your money, literally. These people suspended withdrawals today because they issued bad loans and they defaulted.

I'm glad I never deposited money with these people. If you do, you'll be the one paying for other people's bankruptcy.

I blocked these people and reported their emails as spam. There's no way to unsubscribe, they'll just keep pestering you until you give them money, and as evidenced, you'll be the one paying for it when they get in trouble.

Can't move POLKADOT off the exchange can only sell. To transfer Bitcoin out, they charge a crazy amount. Customer service is rude and obnoxious. Don't even think about spending a dime with them. Worst company ever. - Addendum - Now you cant do anything. You can't withdraw ANYTHING AT ALL!!! - As per their email below:

"Today we made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend trading, deposits, withdrawals, and loyalty rewards. The app will be down for a short transition period. After that, you will still be able to view market data and track your portfolio, and you will receive rewards payments for the month of June."

They have all my information including my SSN, ID, a picture of me holding my ID and they denied me for an account. Why would you deny a new customer? They won't tell me why either. This sounds like a scam. I wish I would have seen the reviews before I signed up. I've never been denied by an investment company. They need to be reported.

Voyager are criminals. Their buy sell rates are the worst in the industry. They took $1600 worth of crypto and closed my account because there was an NSF transfer two and a half months ago. Ok, I paid that back and now they took my money because they felt like it. Really? I hope they burn down and end up bankrupt. Use Coinbase or Crypto.com

A scammer got my personal information and opened an account in my name at Voyager. They refuse to delete the account claiming (laughably) that a Fincen rule requires them to keep information on accounts for 5 years (and they’ve decided to apply this to accounts opened by fraud. They are going to keep the scammer’s account with all my personal information open for 5 years! To add insult to injury, they keep sending me emails encouraging me to upgrade and calling me a Voyager. They have not given me any information as to how this account was or is being used. If they decide to comply with my requests and delete this scam account, I will report back. Otherwise, assume if they are dishonest in this regard, they will be dishonest in others. This is a nightmare.

This company should be looked into by federal and state governing bodies.

I don't recall signing up for this app. I keep getting small charges. I finally open the app and it has apparently been investing my funds and LOSING me money. I asked to cancel my account and customer support just stopped responding. I have no existing balance, but they claim I do. There is no way that this company is run legally. I am jumping through hoops just to eliminate my account. Do NOT use this service. I've never had a worse experience.

I do NOT recommend using this platform, no matter if offered anything. If I was able to give Voyager zero stars I would. I would be ecstatic if this company spontaneously exploded and was zapped from existence. So this started months ago when I wanted to get the (free) crypto from Voyager but was unable to link any of my bank accounts, even though it says successful, it is not. So a few months later the only way to transfer my remaining funds out, was to send Bitcoin to Voyager, then I had to convert it to fiat (fee#1) to gather, and since I am unable to link my bank, I had to convert my newly gathered funds back to crypto (fee#2) so I could send ($18.50) to another wallet. I honestly was so glad to finally finish this, I sent it right as I noticed they were charging me $15 (fee#3) to send that $18!!!! So after all that, I received less than $3. This app has zero customer service, unreasonable and insanely high fees which they intentionally hide, and trading is an absolute joke because they are constantly trying to be greedy and charge a fee on whatever they want. So if you have funds, wash your hands and walk away. They are thieves

Scam stay away guys after transfer all my hard earned money they inactivate my account for no reason its scam

I have written about my experience with Voyager several times, indicating the lack of support. The account is once again available to me, but I finally understood the solution myself with the help of a friend. Sometimes a separate set of eyes will help clarify a problem.

My account was hacked. All of my assets were sold without my authorization or approval and my funds were transferred to an unauthorized account. I notified Voyager about it AS IT WAS HAPPENING and nothing was done about it. They could've cancelled the sell or at least the transfer to a fake account that wasn't verified. Instead, they basically told me oh well. Not our problem. Sucks to be you. Customer service is an automated bot with a generic response saying they don't care about their customers or protecting their funds.

One things I can say about voyager it's a pure scam, I have 10,000 have there for 6 month now

I was asked for lots of sensitive personal information during signup, then Voyager declined to approve my account, with no specific reason given.

Terrible company takes long time to respond to customer requests. Also, doesn’t provide crypto transfer option for the assets I owe compared to other platforms proving ability. Additionally, with BTT redomination plan took forever to convert it and fix the averages. Doesn’t provide any stalking option even though lot of other platforms do. Very disappointed with them as I have invested lot of money through them.

Not sure why so many bad reviews? I hold a lot of Coins on Voyager, and earn interest on Coins held. Anytime that I've had an issue, someone reaches out, and solves the issue. As with any exchange, I wouldn't hold everything in there, but it's a great place to earn interest. And yes, I have sold coins, transfered coins, ect.

Voyager is horrible. They keep your money hostage. DO NOT USE Voyager
