Bought one their pet trackers

Bought one their pet trackers. Totally useless. Only checks where the dog is “every five to ten minutes” and admits to not working in remote or hilly areas. App UX terrible and never shows where dog is in relation to where I am. He could be under a car at the far side of the forest before this useless thing bothered to even check

Very bad support

Very bad support, I cannot contact anyone, I purchase invoxia NVX 200 and it has been making this loud static noise every time I make a call or want to answer a call. I been trying to get a hold of someone to help me if it is possible to fix this issue, but no luck, their website is worthless, there is no way to send a support email for any other product beside their GPS, no help what's so ever. I can say this much: don't be fooled by the look of the product, it may look very fancy but if God forbid you have any kind of an issue and need assistant, this company has no way to be contacted, thank God i purchased mine through Amazon and it is going back for sure, who ever is your costumer service manager, supervisor or whatever you want to call it, is doing a poor job. Thanks for nothing.

Voice Bridge is an excellent product BUT, BUT, BUT...

Voice Bridge is an excellent product which enables crystal-clear, landline calls through my mobile. I have very poor hearing - a severe congenital problem that age doesn't help - and my iPhone plays through both my hearing aids, meaning that I can make business calls with a confidence I've never had before. My name is Lindsay Porter and, as a motoring writer, Voice Bridge has made a big difference to my business life.
So why just two stars? Well first, Invoxia's customer service is almost as bad as you can get. The Voice Bridge device has a very limited range and their web site claims that the range can be extended with a wi-fi extender. I messaged Invoxia to ask how to go about setting it up and, after a week, my query was unanswered and shown as 'Closed'. I tried again and was (eventually) sent this information: "Extender or repeater can prevent Voicebridge to work properly. I wouldn't recommend it." I wrote again to point out that that's not what their own website says and guess what - no response.
The only other gripe is that calls sometimes drop out for no apparent reason: perhaps 10 percent of the time. Shall I ask Invoxia's Support what can be done? No, I don't think I'll waste my time.

Brilliant product - very bad customer service

I've purchased several products from Invoxia and Swissvoice and find their products to be innovative and often cutting edge.
Swissvoice ePure line with its design redefined the way we think of modern phones, though the quality of products has deteriorated over the past two years, possibly as the specifications (materials, quality) have changed or they have sourced a new supplier.
Voice Bridge is highly intuitive to use and superbly simple to install, and it offers you an opportunity to use your land line seamlessly wherever you want, with outstanding quality of sound and ease of use.
Alas, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I've had a problem with one product in 2015 ad never heard from Invoixia - no replies to my emails and phone messages. I've had another issue with a product this year, and after ten days, having received no reply, contacted senior management who directed me to alternative way to contact their customer service, only to learn that they were not receiving all the messages as some mail boxes were not attended to, and that phones that were on their web site and in their coping messages were not in function. This lead to protracted correspondence with Customer service that was neither productive nor pleasant - admitting that there was a problem and moving on appears to be an issue for the team.
So, as for the products, they are second to none, most fi not all the time.
As for the customer service, saying it is pathetic would be a compliment.

Very Good

I have had the Voice Bridge for about 6 weeks now, so time to do a review.
Using it with an iPhone 6 the call quality match’s that of a landline phone. I have used it with my iPad 2 but then the call quality is similar to that of a 2 way radio, due to it (iPad) not having the relevant phone parts. But talking via the iPad is okay so long as you don’t both speak at the same time (you cancel each other out).
As I had a slight problem with my setup, I had to contact Swissvoice Voice Bridge support. Within hours they had responded to my email and a few email exchanges later it was sorted. I had wrongly plugged an ethernet cable, plus a setting had to be changed on my network.
One thing to note is that when the landline phone rings, it is 3 rings before the ViceBridge/iPhone starts to ring. Which then leaves 3 rings in which to answer on the iPhone (before the BT 6 rings auto answering system kicks in). This will be due to the delay while the signal goes via my wireless network. So advisable to be in hearing range of your landline phone.

My only gripe is that the day I received the Voice Bridge (I ordered it as soon as it became available) the price had been reduced from £99 to £79. So if I had waited a week I could have got it for £79.
