Ordered an item that apparently got…
Ordered an item that apparently got shipped and delivered to my home but I never received it. I have a ring door bell camera and I verified on that that I never got the package either.
If I were to guess, it got delivered to the wrong house and never brought to me. I submitted a claim with USPS, (which we all know how that goes) and also reached out to see what the inya would be willing to do. I asked about them sending another one, or refunding me and never heard back. My first and last time ordering.

They should warn people that shipping takes so long. It took 3 weeks to receive my order since it was shipped from China. Customer service replied back quickly via email and product was good… it’s just the shipping time is way too long when you’re not expecting it.
