FRAUD! I’m surprised they’re not shut down . First off there’s NO buyers protection so if you get scammed oh well ! I got scammed twice . One sent the bag back to themselves, and stole my money. The other sent a invalid tracking and stole my money . Never ordering from here AGAIN ! I’ll go to dhgate they don’t release your funds until you’ve received your item .

Scammers ioffer should be sued.

Thought I would post this to give you all a laugh I ordered some underwear last October and never arrived so I asked them to re send the order and this is there reply ..Please give me some time! My boss is flying around for your order, we may have to go to court with the customs, so please give us some time, now the boss is not there, I can't do anything, I can't decide many things! please!

Sachez que Ioffer est une plateforme non sécurisée contrairement à ce qu'ils annoncent sur leur site!!!! Elle est bien connue des services de police et maintenant des banques. La plupart des carte de crédit aujourd'hui blacklistent ce site.
Je me suis fait pirater ma carte de crédit et lorsque je me suis retourné vers Ioffer qui était censé sécuriser l'achat, voivi leur réponse!!!!!!

Your bank and/or credit card company will be able to cancel and refund any unauthorized activity and provide further information on securing your credit card account details.

Ioffer is a SCAM WEBSITE!! Stay away!! Lost over $400 from scam vendors who never send the goods!!! SCAM, SCAM.SCAM!!

WARNING!! Never use ioffer!!! You will be ripped off!! I ordered 5 items 6 months ago and haven't received one of them, Stay away!!!

Ioffer is a scham setup. I ordered 5 items and I received 1. It is not even of good quality, but at least it was sent.
I had to proof to my bank (difficult) to get my money back.
SO, SO DO NOT BUY BECAUSE IOFFER IS NOT SET UP TO HELP YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

I ordered a tv series and it took almost two weeks to get them. When I received the dads they were the wrongtv series and they were bootleg. They made them from home and did not work.

Don't buy from this site never received the parcel , the seller gave me fake tracking number ,i make dispute to take my money back .

First of, if you want something you pay first, like on Aliexpress for example, but the seller sometimes just don't send you anything or if he does and the order never came to you, you simply never heard from anyone ever again and you can say goodbye to your money. And the things aren't cheap. I paid for stupid socks 12$, never came of course.

I am appalled that these websites ‘ioffer’ can get away with taking my money, and never sending the goods. They think because they call you “Angel” it makes everything better. I’ve lost a lot of money believing in these sites. Ioffer....., I don’t bother

Not a safe company with rubbish customer service!!! I did not receive my order so I naturally contacted the customer service. I was told that they can’t help me because it is in the hands of the seller. I was then advised to open a dispute which I did, but nothing really happened. It is already going to be a year next month. So stay away if you don’t want to be wasting your money for nothing!!!

I received 2 items out of the 6 that I ordered from this site. I bought from 6 different sellers. 1 of the items I did receive didn't arrive after 6 weeks so I was lucky that the seller agreed to resend it and he actually kept his word. iOffer don't have any system in place where you can get a refund if your items didn't arrive. I lost around $100. I recommend sticking to eBay and AliExpress.

Paid hundreds out for items from 5 different sellers . I received nothing. None of them had pay pal so they just stole my money . Reported to site had no response. They just stole my money. The site should be shut down.

iOffer is hit or miss. I have received items from most sellers but there are a few that I have not received. They keep telling you that it is on it's way. Best thing is to read the reviews and make sure the seller has sold a variety and has reviews. Sometimes that does not even matter and is not a guarantee. However, I can say that I have received more items than not. I would say I have had a 95% received with 1 or 2 sellers either not being honest or the item may have got hung up in customs. It has been 3 months for two items. All you can do is cancel your Credit Card transaction. I would not send cash because you will not get it back if there is a problem. I have had MUCH better success at Dhgate. I always have received my items so far.

Half the sellers do not even send items. They take your money and never send items. Please stay away they are horrible. You can't get your money back once you send it to them.

I haven't had any problems with iOffer. Service and communication with the sellers I purchase from has been great. I order DVDs and always pay with an online payment service.

I must be one of the lucky ones i've purchased items from a seller called "crankitup86" and have been pleased with the outcome.
I suppose the shipping could of been quicker apart from that it's all good try not to purchase from sellers that will not accept paypal only the sellers that do that way your protected. Well thats my 10 cent anyway. Good luck to everyone.

Site is a total scam most sellers trying to sell fake items different from photos quality is of a poor standard i purchased a watch the band was a bright orange dog collar no joke seller refused refund reported him with no response from ioffer its all cheap fakes worse than what you see at the markets
