Estafa. Real scam

This online shop is a real scam. I have the message history with the sellers and I can show it. I have been scammed $ 60. I bought with 3 different sellers and only one seller sent the item, the item was very different from the picture and when I contacted him, this seller had disappeared from the online platform, so I lost that money. On the other two sellers, my two items were never received. I sent them messages and they only told me: "Angel, you must wait and be patient". 8 months later, the items haven’t arrived. They are simply liars. I asked both sellers for a refund. One insisted on my patience (5 months after the purchase), and the other asked for my bank account number because according to him, the ioffer system didn’t allow him easy refunds. I thought they were scammers and thieves. I don’t mind posting this information on any website . I have never had problems on online shop like wish, ebay or amazon because I buy a lot.

This is a complete frustration

During the Christmas of this 2018 I bought about $ 1,000 dollars from different vendors but I received like 5 articles the rest was a total robbery. If we all join together and publish these thefts on YouTube so that the whole world can see it, it helps us in some way. all of us who lost our money also contact this page BBB.ogr this is the address of ioffer Maybe you have answer 82 S Park St

Horrible

I purchased from 2 different sellers 5 weeks ago. Neither item has been shipped. I contacted the sellers multiple times and got no reply. The site’s customer service will not help me or cancel my order. They basically allow people to scam you and then they won’t cancel your order or help you get your money back. They literally couldn’t offer any help at all. Why even have customer service if they can’t help customers? Dhgate is much better. At least they actually help their customers and don’t let them get scammed.

I have bought so many things from this…

I have bought so many things from this website ioffer to be honest I have received most of the goods I ordered especially the ones I have paid by PayPal except 3 items which were cheap I had to use my credit card because the seller doesn’t accept a PayPal other than that it’s quiet good to shop from it’s good value for money
I will most recommend people to use the PayPal method because you are covered

Bought quite a few bits from ioffer

Bought quite a few bits from ioffer , some of the items I have recieved and some are still apparently in transit even though these date back to nov 18. I said to the sellers I have orders outstanding with that, I will give them til March before reporting them for fraud to my credit card company. I have never paid by PayPal so no experience of this but My credit card company will start an investigation into the seller and refund the money as I had to do it before on this site. I had an aggressive message from one seller stating “I should think carefully about with holding the money as he will report me and get my credit card frozen” this did make me chuckle as it was what my bank advised me to do ! This site definitely has some scammers it is pure luck as I have said I have recieved quite a few orders some good quality , some are a load of rubbish. I was however happy with the decent items I received. Good luck if you want to use this site

In fairness I was sceptical about buying from this site after reading so many bad reviews, I ordered off a guy who accepts pay pal, my order came within 12 days of ordering with regular contact from the seller, overall my experience was spot on and will buy from that seller again, hope this helps with people being hesitant

Do not order from this website

Do not order from this website. I ordered 5 items at the beginning of january. Still waiting on all the items. I very much doubt that I will be getting anything. Some of the sellers say to give it a little longer and some sellers will not respond. I would not recommend this site to anyone. It's just throwing your money away. It's very disappointing.

If I could give this site less than 1…

If I could give this site less than 1 star I surely would. This site cost me 3 years of loss of employment. For nearly 35 years I have worked in security as a doorman and CPS work. I ordered a Farge gel from this site which is a red dye identifier which is totally legal in the UK. Anyone can carry this identifier which sprays a red gel onto the perpetrators clothing for easy police identification. This identifier is a safety item used mainly by volunarable persons to avoid assault especially women. It's also carried by door supervisors for identifying the assailant. I ordered two of these gels which is much cheaper to purchase from another country as you get two for the price of one if purchased in the UK. Four weeks after purchase I recieved a letter from customs asking if I wanted the item destroyed as they were unable to identify it's contents from the seller. So I agreed to this and immediately contacted the seller on ioffer to see exactly what he had sent out. I got no reply. I then recieved a knock on my door by two local police officers that I knew. They asked me to attend the police station that day on my own remittence which I did. I was not arrested but given the chance to answer some questions regarding the items I had purchased from ioffer. No arrest sheet was given to me and I was free to go. I immediately contacted ioffer customer support and explained about the customs letter and police visit to my address. I later found out that the seller had been bared from selling again on the ioffee site. I asked for a refund but no money was forthcoming. Several months passed by and my security license was due for renewal. I spent over two hundred pounds to renew my license which is the standard fee from the security industry authority. It was then I recieved a letter informing me to attend court to answer questions regarding the items purchased from ioffer. I attended the local magistrates court in South Wales and was given a fine of nearly two hundred pounds and 200 hours community service. I couldn't believe it. I couldn't appeal the sentence as I didn't have a thousand pounds spare to appeal the sentencing for a crime I had not committed. I had to fit in these community service hours on my only day off from my full time security employment. Mind you I've never broken the law in my life and just had the book thrown at me from the magistrates court. My employer was aware of the court case and situation but as of my excellent employment record and being head of security I was able to stay within my job. After completing 100 hours of the community service order I was able to get the remainder of those hours squashed through a letter from the local probation service. I was then given a two month curfew with an electronic tag around my ankle where I was not allowed out after 7pm until the following morning. How ridicoulos. I was not able to fulfil my employment duties so had to resign and sign on as unemployed. To add fuel to the fire, I then recieved a letter from the security industry authority stating I could not reapply for my license until 2019 and my two hundred pounds was not refundable. All this because the seller sent out the wrong item that I had not ordered. So I ended up with no job, no license, a criminal conviction-first one ever and three years of unemployment as well as losing the fee paid for the license to be renewed. So no I'm not exactly impressed with ioffer. Luckily enough my previous employer is willing to re-employ me as soon as I recieve my security license back which I will have in the next month thank God.. This situation all happened in March 2016 and my whole life changed all because of a seller from this site. So I urge you all to be extremely careful when ordering items from this website.
