Very disappointed in this place

Very disappointed in this place. It all sounded great when i first began and they are nice enough, but they are very disorganized, forgetful and impossible to get ahold of. I once witnessed one of their staff acting extremely rude and unprofessional towards a client who was simply asking questions about her treatment plan. I often have arm pain after Vit-C infusion because they hit the muscle (this last round has caused major muscular pain for over a month). Unfortunately they seem more concerned about making money than they do about patients, their privacy and their care. I will not be going back and I definitely don't recommend this place to others.
