Excellent recommendation for my ferry booking in the first place, I saved £30.
When my sailing from Liverpool was cancelled, due to the Mannanan ferry accident and upset all my travel plans, Sally at IOM events, took up my claim with The Steam Packet Company, for recovery of my additional expenses incurred, after being transferred to Heysham.
Sally quickly and efficiently dealt with my issue and got me a partial refund.

Sally put together a suggested package (other than the walks where we already have contacts) for a 30 person Ramblers visit to the IOM from England, including several hotel recommendations. When, later, we visited the hotels, they were full on our dates but we identified availability at the Ellan Vannin, an hotel Sally knew & endorsed. Thereafter she has booked everything very efficiently including flights, transport to/from hotel, explorer passes, & guided coach tour. She has always responded quickly & been very pleasant to deal with mainly, obviously, from a distance, including accommodating some additional requests from one member of the party. I recommend IOM Event Services.
