We stayed at The Sefton hotel on an out of season package.Isle of Man Events helped us to secure a good deal on the ferry crossing and also arranged for family and friends to arrive on seperate flights from different airports. We had a fantastic holiday despite being stranded an extra night due to cancelled ferry with very high winds.They even contacted me to check we were ok but the hotel had already sorted us out with an extra night.Very good service on both parts.

I have nothing but praise for IOM Events. Everything was very well organised from the beginning and everything worked well. I just love IOM Events!

With the help of the Isle of Man Tourist Office we were able to get accommodation to suit us (my husband is disabled). They provided us with a travel card which was very economical and enabled us to see most of the attractions the Island had to offer without any hassle. Lots to see and do. There is also a terrific museum in Douglas which should not be missed.

Very satisfied with arrangements made by holiday company though accommodation possibly a bit expensive for me. Had great transport/attraction unlimited access tourist card, which was well used. Trouble was it took many hours getting to island after ferry had problems and was stuck in Liverpool with us all on board for several hours, until pulled out by tug! Had intended to return on a Tuesday, but discovered (Monday) ferry was not then running at all! Managed to get place on Heysham ferry (as many other stranded passengers) on Wednesday (early am). Had to pay for extra night. Apparently such ferry problems commonplace! IOM everything I'd hoped, but I'd have to think about flying if I ever visit again, and am not comfortable with that.

Always excellent service from all the team, no problem if a booking has to be changed. Can highly recommend IOM event Services.

used them for accom and travel for complicated rally team logistics, spot on with everything, i wanted them to book every journey i ever make for the rest of my life but they only do IOM

Extremely efficient comprehensive service for any traveller to the Isle of Man - good quality accommodation recommended and arranged, plus travel arrangements. We found them very helpful, thorough and flexible in their approach. Without doubt a "go to" service, in contrast to attempting to arrange the logistics yourself.

I used Isle of Man Event Services for the ferry for the Youth Tour of the Isle of Man. The prices were great, the service was friendly and when I realised that I needed to change from Liverpool to Heysham, that wasn't a problem and was done instantly with no extra charge.

Would I use them again, yes.
Would I recommend them, yes.

My Son and I went to the island for the TT Practice week end, and the staff at I O M Events were fantastic, the service was first class.
The Hotel they put us in, the Chesterhouse was spotless, the staff and food were great. we had a brilliant time. Thanks to everyone involved with our stay. We will be back.

Our holiday was for 2 - to walk the Isle of Man Coastal Walk with our base in Douglas.

They provided our hotel, ferry booking, travel explorer ticket with little fuss. Courtney Hinge looked after our requirements efficiently - we called in to the office on our last day to thank the team for all they had done.

Nobody can help the weather! Our hotel was on the front at Douglas with wonderful views in the right room. One of our rooms had five windows all facing concrete walls. The occupant was claustrophobic! The same menu was presented every night for six nights. Car parking was complicated as the hotel had no car park and only a pay scheme available.
Isle of Man as a tourist spot was fascinating and we enjoyed Snaefell, the trains, castles, golf courses, views and taking the TT route. The Calf of Man on a rare sunny afternoon was magical.

There was a wide variety of walks for every level of capability. The walks we chose were rather more challenging than I had expected, mainly due to the high wind, but they were extremely enjoyable. Weather is one thing nobody can control! The guides and helpers for the walks were terrific and very knowledgeable about local terrain, flora and fauna as well as considerate for the walkers. The social evenings were also most enjoyable, and the hotel we used (Palace) was exactly as expected. The travel pass provided to everybody was extremely useful and we made good use of it. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, and I appreciated what a huge amount of admin work must have gone into the organisation of the event, from the scheduling to the gathering together all the volunteer helpers. This was the first time I had attended the Walking Festival, but I would like to return again (knees permitting!) Well done to the IOM events team for all their hard work.

We had a problem Ilse of Man events service solved it. We actually finished up with an improvement on what we had originally wanted.

I have used Isle of Man event service three times, it was all highly efficient with no fuss. Just makes it one less factor to worry about

Well organised by the admin team to get the show on the road, and the day to day running of the walks and events was good too. The hard work of all the volunteers was greatly appreciated. Good general atmosphere.

Sally and her team are simply great to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble and they take it upon themselves to be available to solve the varying real time problems associated with my ever changing business calendar.

Over 10 years experience with Travel service and IOM Event, the service is very efficiency and helpful. Judi, Sally and all the staff are very helpfull!
