Fraudster, there is no IP service available now.
The day after I renewed my static IP, I was unable to connect to the IP I purchased. I tried many methods to determine that the responsibility lay with IP2word. I contacted IP2word many times, but received no response.

Fraudulent IPs Sold as Premium, Avoid at All Costs!
Hello,
I purchased 5 static “Premium Native IPs”.
Out of the 5 IPs, all 5 have a fraud score of 93/100 on IPQualityScore, even at Level 1, the lowest test strictness.
When I contacted customer service, I was told there is no quality control on the IPs provided. This means I am paying a higher price for a so-called “Premium Native IP” for nothing.
This also directly contradicts what is advertised on their website with their so-called “IP Purity Detection Technology”. They claim IPs are tested against multiple databases, including IPQualityScore, and that results above 85 are removed. This is clearly false.
My antivirus had already flagged this website as suspicious before purchase, and given the way their customer service responds, this is far from a professional and serious company.
Customer service sees no issue with selling flagged IPs, and apparently being banned from social media accounts due to these IPs is “not a problem” for them.
The only solution offered was a refund to their internal wallet, forcing me to buy from them again which is illegal under consumer protection laws.
A PayPal dispute has been opened.
I do not recommend this company at all.

However, you seem to insist that the website you tested yourself is flawless. Different browsers and websites use different IP identification databases, so test results may vary. However, scamalytics is a very reputable website.
Furthermore, our official website's refund policy is that if there is no problem with the IP itself, we do not offer refunds. We recommend replacing your IP with a suitable one until you are satisfied, or refunding the money to your official account.

The IP quality is decent for the price and does the job. My main frustration is that static IPs require contacting customer service for every change, which can be quite time-consuming and inconvenient for my workflow.

IP2World Has Gone Downhill – No More Real US Residential IPs in 2025
I've been using IP2World for a while now, but as of 2025, the service has completely fallen apart — especially when it comes to real residential IPs from the United States.
Lately, the so-called "residential" IPs are nothing but recycled datacenter garbage. Instead of actual ISP ranges like Comcast or Spectrum, I’m getting IPs from providers like IPXO Limited, Total Play, Datacamp, Ucloud, FDCServers, Clouvider, and other obvious proxy hosts. These are not residential IPs — they are flagged almost instantly by any modern anti-fraud or identity system.
To make matters worse, the number of available US residential IPs has dropped drastically. Sometimes, I can’t even get one working US IP that passes basic checks.
I contacted support multiple times about this issue, and all I received were vague, generic answers like "we’re optimizing" or "please try again later." No real transparency, no fix, just the usual runaround.
Bottom line: IP2World is no longer reliable for anyone who needs true residential proxies — especially in the U.S. If you're serious about quality, stay away and look elsewhere. They simply don’t deliver what they advertise anymore.

As a gesture of goodwill, we have already lifted the restrictions on your account despite these concerns. However, we must clarify that expired traffic packages cannot be reinstated, as this is in line with our Terms of Service.
To resolve this matter fully, we kindly request:
A clear explanation of why multiple accounts were used to distribute CDKs.
Documentation supporting the refund claims (e.g., client communications).
Assurance that future CDK usage will comply with our policies.
