They tricked me into becoming an agent and only gave me 5% ips and 0% GB. They arbitrarily locked my account and deleted the purchased product. This is bad service. The customer said that the shared ip is very dirty.

This is a company with outright scam and bad attitude, I purchased 1 month static IP from them and the system assigned me an abusive blacklisted IP, I immediately emailed to ask for a replacement, only to have the customer withdraw the IP but not assign me a new balance, I have been writing emails to ask them where did my service go? I spent a month's worth of money and it ended before I could even start using it? They won't give me a refund and at the same time they won't assign me an IP, isn't this a scam!

Very bad. I bought 4 IPs in total, but none of them are US IPs. None of them work, and they won’t refund me.

Their IP s5 service is a nightmare. Out of 10 proxies I used, 6 failed with a "Secure Connection Failed" error. I contacted them multiple times, but they kept giving evasive answers and blamed me for incorrect configuration. They’re really unprofessional and should eliminate the incorrect configuration issue—if the configuration was wrong, none of the proxies would work. You'll end up losing a lot of money because most of their IPs either fail with a "Secure Connection Failed" error or show the same error after 5 seconds of connection.

I have 30gb left, almost expired. Requested to extend the usage date. They refused and deleted my remaining space. I spent 100$ for a bad experience. Not recommended

What a terrible experience! The so-called Los Angeles IP from the U.S. is actually from Taiwan! I used up all three chances for a switch, and guess what? I still got stuck with an IDC IP! Customer service is the worst. They've wasted my whole freaking day!

Worst customer service ever. I bought a static ISP, and it cannot be used after three days. I asked customer service to fix it and they said buy a new one.

One of the worst companies ever !!! do not purchased any service from here. They are totally fake. I have purchased UAE proxy but location detected in china ? and when ever I asked for refund. There is no refund on wallet. Totally loss !!! You will regret.

Not Residential Proxies, only Server, Public Proxy. my money lossed, i'm very sad.

This app will eat your battery if using laptop.
It's will run in background and use your PC/Laptop as a proxy to sell to other without your permission.

I bought a static ISP proxy from them, but it turns out to be a VPN proxy. So I contacted their customer service, and this is their response:

"Static ISP Residential Proxy is dedicated, not shared. We only provide static IP replacement for orders on the same day, and there is only one replacement opportunity, but IPs are randomly generated by the system. We cannot choose the level of IP, and we cannot judge whether the IP generated by the system is suitable for your business. I hope you understand. Are you sure to replace?"

So, they're basically saying that although I buy an ISP proxy from them, I can potentially get a VPN proxy and I'm supposed to accept that. No! I buy an ISP proxy from them and it's their job to deliver an ISP proxy.

They're also saying that if I get a replacement and it turns out to be a VPN proxy again, there's no chance to get another replacement and I'm supposed to suck it and lose my money.

This is the most condescending customer service I've experienced in a very long time. I don't why they get so many 5-star reviews here. I've asked for a refund which they haven't replied to, although I don't expect to get my money back.

I use Ip2 World it is a great experience and is very affordable. It is very fast and simple to use. I would recommend getting it.
