The process is as described. The company sends you a pre-paid envelope, and you carefully pack your e-device and remove all account details (e.g., Apple ID) before shipping. Payment is quick and you are updated at various stages of the process (e.g., prepaid envelope sent to you; receipt of the device and payment). The price I received was the price quoted. Will do business again.
