So easy to deal with. Received money as quoted in specified time. What more do you need.

I tried to sell an ipad 2 in the 5 weeks ago. When they received my item, they told me that my back camera spoilt, (which i do not know when i sent, nobody use the ipad's camera anyway), so they decided to lower down the agreed price from 90 pounds to 30 pounds. Which of course, I am not selling it. I requested a refund of the item. They said they needed to process for a week. Which then i waited for 2 week after that, they apologized and said item not sent because they forget. So i waited another week ( a total of 3 weeks). When I received the item, it is not in it's previous condition when i sent it. There is a huge crack over the screen and corners. I emailed them 5 times throughout the week to ask for explanation, yet not getting any response.

After I wrote a complaint here, the manager had contacted himself the next day. I appreciate the help he gave. Appropriate compensation has been made. And I am very happy with the service now.

I would personally recommend this company again. If there is any problem, can use the chat services available on the website.

I was sceptical about using iPhone recycling as although I've sold phones before I've never sold an expensive one like my galaxy s5. They were the highest offer on a comparison website and I was tempted by lower offers from more well known companies but I'm glad I didn't change my mind. The whole process was so simple. I ordered, they sent an envelope and I then sent it special delivery. The next day I was waiting for an email to say they had received the phone but none came. I checked the tracking number which said delivered that morning and started to worry a bit! But a quick check of my bank account and the money was already in there. Absolutely fantastic will definitely recommend to others!

Top notch service, the day they received my phone they text me and did some tests to make sure it was fine. Text again 3 hours after that and the full amount was already sat in my bank account. Definitely recommended!

I was sceptical at first as I hadn't heard of the company before but thought I'd give it a go after checking the rating which was pretty good. What can I say, the whole process from beginning to end was not only really quick but effortless from my part. Once I sent in my iPad I was emailed when it was received and then a few hours later emailed again to say testing was completed and payment was on its way (which I received within an hour via BACS). I just found this company to offer the best price whilst having excellent reviews so chose them. Sent off phone using Royal Mail Special Delivery . Next day I received email saying it has been tested and payment has been sent, you will have been contacted earlier if there has been any problems with phone. Payment straight into bank subject to your banks clearance procedure. My iPhone was really good condition so got full price.
