Really cannot recommend iPhoneRecycling.co.uk enough! I've sold many devices with various other companies and from now on I'll only be using iPhoneRecycling.co.uk. Payment was received the day they got my IPad which I had only posted the day before. One very happy customer!

I found not having a contact number very frustrating as email was the only contact available and this took a lot more time than a phone call would take

Everything went absolutely fine, quick and easy service to use. Would highly recommend for people wishing to trade in their iPhones.

I was very anxious to begin with as I have never used the company before neither did I know anyone who had used them.They pay higher rates than most which made me doubt wether they were genuine but my fears were very quickly put at rest.Very pleased with the quick service and payment I received as price quoted.

We had an iPad 2 that really wasn't needed anymore. I did a search on a mobile selling comparison site and iphonerecycling.co.uk came out as the one that would pay out the most. I had not heard of them before and therefore was wary about sending it. However I still went ahead with it anyway. They kept you updated by text and email on every stage of the process and they paid out the full amount quoted. Will be using in the future if I have anything else to sell.

This company offered the most for my Samsung galaxy 5 out of at least 10 different companies!

I had previously sent the phone to another company, who tried to claim there was a defect with the screen and offered me half the quoted price. I got my phone back and sent it to iPhoneRecycling and received the full price (in fact £5 more).

A very clear website with the best price available. Instructions on how to package your phone were very clear and the time in which you had to send your phone back was very reasonable - unlike other sites which give you only a few days. Would highly recommend.

A simple user friendly process with emails detailing each step. Money in the account promptly. Couldn't fault it!

Was told on site, day they receive goods and everything okay with check same day money transfer. I sent goods recorded and they signed for at 10am, did not get text as stated when they received good, i got it a day later when i chatted online to adviser which was immediate after they said they have now received it, Next day i got the money so all in all three days the whole process took. They did explain that computer system was down and was not sending messages out via text/email so that's why i only gave it a four star, but i would use again as this probably a one of glitch, bit disappointed that had to wait extra two days for money though.

A very easy website to use. From selecting what i was selling to sending the phone in. Got more money offered than other websites too. I would definitely recommend phone recyling and use them again.

Filled in all details using the online form. Jiffy bag was sent free of charge with return postage paid for. Received free tracking number from Royal Mail. Item was delivered in 2 days. I received an email and text saying they had received the device and a couple of hours later told payment had been made. Checked my balance the next day and payment had been received. Could not recommend this service highly enough. I will be sending all friends and family their way when it is time for them to upgrade and I'll be back again when I am due my next upgrade.

The whole experience of recycling my phone was excellent! Got my mailing envelope promptly and received payment into my bank account the same day my phone was received by iPhonerecycling. Highly recommended!
