Things can go wrong at anytime for anyone....The important fact here, is that this company, has corrected the situation in a very polite and effective manner.

I've sold my iPad with iPhoneRecycling.co.uk. I got the jiffy bag to send it to them quickly, and I got an email confirming that the iPad has been received on the 27/02/2016. Since then no communication from the them, and no response to my mails or the live chat. Furthermore they've given a false phone number to CompareMyMobile. Avoid.

From the first contact to the money in my account was first class will be using them again. Brilliant job well done

I have been trying to sell my iPhone 4s for a while now and never been offered more than £10. This company went above and beyond what I was expecting to be quoted.

Was a bit slow to recieve the cheque so would advise going through direct bank transfer, but all in all cheque was recieved and to the full value they originally quoted.

Professional service, super fast payment. Everything was made easy and I would use this company again.

I had never used iPhoneRecycling before but forwarded my unwanted device as they had offered the highest price when I enquired on a comparison site. Shortly after posting my device, I received an e-mail advising my device was damaged and was offered a 20% reduction in the price. I was surprised at this, as I had sent my device in the original box and had checked for damage prior to dispatch. I therefore asked for a photograph of the damage. A photograph was sent showing a small indentation on the back of the device but obviously there was no guarantee that this was my own device. I rejected the offer and asked for my device to be returned as soon as possible. The terms of the return is that it is returned within 7 days, so on the 6th day (after a couple of hasteners asking for an update), I eventually got a response stating the device would be returned the following day as returns were processed on a 7 day rotational basis! At this point, I decided to cut my losses and accept the offer (not knowing how long it would take to actually receive the device and then go through the process again with another company). It was another week before the cheque arrived and again this had to be hastened. In my opinion, this company reels you in with a higher offer than competitors and then drags their heels when you reject the offer and ask for a return. The cheque should also have been sent straight away by first class mail and this was not the case. I will not be using this company again and will consider one of the forerunners for this type of service in the future.

I sold two iPhones, one using this provider, and the other via a competitor who I wish I could name here. This was by far the better company of the two because:

*Paid the full price promised
*Clear description of how device "condition" is assessed, presented on screens you use during the booking process (not hidden away in Ts and Cs you won't read)
*Fair and reasonable device "condition" gradings
*Excellent communications throughout
*Money deposited into my account via Faster Payment on day they received the device

I was very happy indeed with this company, and have recommended them to several people since.

After an initial hiccup the company did everything possible to ensure that I received the money quoted.
I would definitely use this company in the future and highly recommend them.

Very impressed wiht the service. Had to wait a few days for the jiffy bag but the payment was processed very quickly once they received the ipads. They even chased up the fact that I hadn't sent the ipads and sent another jiffy bag just in case the first one got lost. I had an email & text after each stepof the process.
