Please do not use. I get a new iPhone every numbered iteration and never have had any problems with anyone else. Tried these for my unlocked 6 which had been in a case from day one until I removed my SIM card to put in my iPhone 7 last week. Today received an email stating as it was dented they were only offering £225. My first instinct was not to trust them as it was £30 more than everyone else but had faith and tried it and now I'm told it's dented when it couldn't possibly be. I took the money as they always know you will rather than go through the hassle again knowing that every competitors prices will have dropped by the time they receive your phone.
Very sketchy - do not use or at least take a video of your phone from every angle before you send it to them so you have categorical proof it wasn't damaged. No phone number either! Won't fall for it again - PLEASE TAKE THIS ADVICE!

2nd time I've used this service when I have had to recycle old phone. It really does pay what it states and doesn't haggle you down. I chose to send my phone Special Delivery. Received my money by 6pm in full the following day. Couldn't be easier, more straight forward and trustworthy.

I sent my phone to this company on 21st of June and have finally been paid today 19th July, only after lodging a case with the small claims court, did I finally get paid and have never had an email back despite being promised for the last 10 days. They don't return emails, twitter messages and their online chat is rarely online. I sent my item using their jiffy bag, labels and by Royal Mail Special Delivery. All was delivered and signed for, but they still could not find the item, gave them all serial numbers, imei etc... still to no avail. If another company is offering even £20 less than this company, take it! They are not worth the hassle. If I had sent by standard post, I doubt I would have received the money even now

This is the second time I've used the company. The price offered for my device was the best I could find. Found the Web site easy to use and the process of sending the equipment and receiving payment happened exactly as described. It was convenient and as fast as the mail service could allow. There was one very minor hitch in that an e-mail link to check status on the order didn't seem to deep link correctly, but I was able to check status by logging in without the link.
