I took my Ipad mini which had a cracked screen in to Iprofix for them to fix it and I was very happy with the job they did. It was ready the same day and seems to be working well. Friendly and good service.

Bunch of scammers! COUNTERFEIT!

I took my phone for a screen replacement and was delivered a shoddy COUNTERFEIT, for more than £250, despite the initial promise to be provided with a genuine replacement part.
I will spare you with the very long weeks of stress that I have been going through because of this dodgy business, but when faced with the evidence, they tried to take me for a ride with lies and dodgy offers of partial refund. I had to go to a high street competitor, have the phone dismantled, pictures of the counterfeit display taken (the screen was glued with hot glue instead of official display compound), and the front camera nudged with bluetack to stay in place!) and an official report made to be able to claim the scam back, having luckily paid with a debit card!

AN ABSOLUTE ORDEAL. Please spare yourself time, money and serenity, and avoid coming anywhere near these dishonest people.

The whole thing lasted MONTHS, and came to a happy resolution for me as I got my money back, but not from them, thanks to my BANK!

AVOID! Poor service and looking unlikely that I will see a refund, my order did not get dispatched and customer service were absent- if you call then their answering machine is too full of messages seemingly from other disgruntled customers to go through. I ordered a macbook case from here and got a confirmation email- when it didn’t come weeks after ordering I got in touch with customer support who did not get back to me with any updates. My experience was terrible and I will not be buying from this dodgy vendor again.

Took a phone in for a battery replacement, now have a door stop. Store are blaming it on other things they say were wrong with the phone, yet they were not wrong before the repair, nothing to do with the fact that the guy doing the repair struggled so much getting the battery out that it started to overheat once outside the phone, he had to take ot outside in case it exploded. Who knows what damage that did to the phone. Now the phone is unusable as it gets hot just turning ot on and the screen is intermittently unresponsive. Both new problems.

I went to iProFix to replace the broken screen of my iphone XR and to change the battery of my Samsung S9+. The repairs happened before my eyes in less than an hour, and the engineer explained everything to me in details.
The new iphone XR screen is beautiful and I have a genuine new Samsung battery in my S9+.
I would definitely recommend iProFix to anyone.

Paid for a secondhand keyboard for my laptop on the 11 September and got a confirmation email straight afterwards......and that was all. I emailed them on 24th September to see what was up.....no response. I used their Web chat function on 27th September and got automated replies to say my order was still being processed. I asked what the hold up was and, again, no response. Luckily I had paid through PayPal so I got my money back through them. 1 week later, not even an apology from them. Very bad experience with iProFix. Will not be buying from them again and I don't recommend them.

Replaced my phone screen in the same day and even threw in a free screen protector and phone case.

iProFix replaced the smashed screen on my ipad. The staff are helpful and friendly, the new screen is great and the job was finished quicker than I expected and for a reasonable price. Plus, there is a one month guarantee on the repair. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you.

Battery needed replacing in my iphone. The job was done quickly whilst I waited. The service I received was excellent. The staff and management were super-friendly and helpful. The cost of the battery replacement was highly competitive and great value.

I popped in asking if they could tighten up the screws holding my MacBook together as they had got a little loose, and they were very happy to help me. Even better was they didn't charge me! Friendly, speedy service.

Great local shop. Friendly staff. Quick service. Threw in a few freebies as has just opened. Would recommend.

I can not recommend iprofix enough! I visited the Chiswick shop, they were all very polite and smiley. They fixed my phone in hours in a very competitive price. There was a back and front screen broken but it looks immaculate now. There is also an one-year guarantee. Very happy customer, thank you iproFix!

Staff were extremely helpful. My laptop had problem with the Camera and it was sorted out within 10 -15 minutes of my arrival. I was not charged anymore. I will always use them and refer others. They are extremely reliable and trustworthy.
