There are very few surveys available. However, when you did get one and started it, it was always paid — at least until recently. Now the same thing has started happening as on many other survey websites: you complete the survey, and at the very end, you are told that your profile did not match the survey requirements. This feels very suspicious and looks a lot like a scam.
This is almost the only survey panel that processes payouts extremely fast — within the same minute after the request is submitted. This shows that the company keeps up with the latest technologies and values users’ time.

they terminated my account after at least 20 years for changing my password, this is the second time. all I want to do is cash out and unsubscribe

You will spend hours doing surveys, try to cash out and will never receive your money. The email provided to contact Ipsos never gets a response- I have emailed multiple times and have never heard back. Save your time and effort and don't bother! Notice how many of these 5* reviews are from bot accounts....

After building up enough points for a reward my account was suspended and I did not get anything for all the time spent completing surveys for them. Their reason? They said I am using a VPN. What a load of rubbish and utter lies. They just use you and then find an excuse not to reward you for your time and effort. They are STILL happy for me to go on completing surveys which they obviously still get paid for, but not to reward me for my time and effort in doing this. Ipsos are nothing more than scammers

This site is a scam site and should be avoided. After building up around £18 worth of points, they stopped sending me survey alert emails. After this point, I found that I was unable to redeem my points. They, however, did not notify me that there was anything wrong with my account until I enquired directly about receiving no emails. Upon doing this, they informed my that my account had been terminated, and refused to answer why. I searched and found that this had happened to multiple other people, frequently after they had gained enough points to redeem. They would then refuse to reimburse anyone for their time. I assume this is the result of an overzealous AI, which they say is used to perform quality control, or an intentional defrauding of their panel. I cannot recommend this scam site to anyone.

This company has a blatant disregard for the UK's GDPR legislation.
First of all, they will ignore your requests to be unsubscribed from their communication lists. Sure, they'll reply to your emails, but they will then do nothing about it.
If you follow the unsubscribe link yourself, then good luck, as the field containing the marketing preference boxes has been made mandatory--meaning you need to tick at least one: text, phone or emails.
They also alleged that they will send you a maximum of 3 emails per week--what a lie. Can you trust a company that has an utter disregard for your privacy, and will not enforce their own communication policies, and make it impossible for you to unsubscribe? What a shameful way to treat their account holders.
Mr Ipsos, I've asked you nicely 3 times, now I'm asking you through trustpilot: STOP SENDING ME SPAM.
