Been using Ipsos for over a year and recently received a message after enquiring why I wasn’t receiving surveys that my account was being cancelled. I have absolutely no idea why. I’ve always answered diligently and honestly.
My profile apparently doesn’t meet with their current requirements. I asked for further information which wasn’t provided. I don’t recommend. Also lost points because only $10 was given to me via a gift card when I requested a PayPal deposit. Equates to theft by and large.

Disgraceful
Disgraceful waste of time. You spend ages completing what is billed as a survey only to be told, repeatedly, 'Thanks for your time,' which seems to be Ipsos code for 'You won't be allowed to take the ACTUAL survey, and therefore will not be rewarded and therefore have wasted your time.' Avoid.
Updated. I have just read other Trustpilot reviews of this firm. Curious that all the ultra short ones are hugely positive. It couldn't be that they are posted by Ipsos itself, could it? Hmm...

I got to about $16..
I got to about $16, and suddenly a survey didn’t work. I kept trying over days, but it kept saying I’ve already done it, then took me back to the start and still showed on my dashboard. For days and days, it has been there and not giving me new surveys—just that one which says I haven’t completed it, but when I try to do it, it says I have already completed it and takes me back to the start. I messaged support, and they told me that I’ve already done it 🤦♀️ waste of time.
Edit: Eventually sorted but no surveys for days. Idk if it’s worth it. Managed to get $10 Woolies card..
