It was a good survey site until they gave me a permanent suspension with my redemption pending.

in good faith, I have complete dozens of surveys and went to redeem 2500 of my accumulated 2900 points and was unable to - when I reached out I was told that I had violated their terms and conditions, when I responded they then said that my profile no longer met their clients needs and then said I had been fraudulent. I have not, and even though I asked to have it escalated and investigated they stood behind their "terms and conditions" that I signed and were not willing to even enter a conversation or redeem my 2500 points. In the past, I had redeemed previously and consistently maintained the same practices in answering. I went onto their Facebook profile and was surprised to see many people recently encountering the same concerns, including no new surveys with no explanation and removal of redemption abilities. I have reported them to the competition bureau of Canada, as well as the Canadian anti-fraud Centre.
Update: Funny how IPSOS says to reach out to their contact centre even though AS I SAID IN MY COMPLAINT - I have done so numerous times and have been told that according to their terms and conditions they can delete my account and it doesn't matter if I haven't done anything wrong or manipulated the system etc. So how would reaching out yet again be any different?! GARBAGE

I've been using the site for a few months and now that I have points to redeem, I can't. The options to redeem points have disappeared. Before, I could redeem them using gift vouchers from Lojas Americanas, but that option has also disappeared. How will I receive my rewards?

It's really good and fun I just love it
Unable to sign up, the "are you" selection does not work. Seems a little pointless if you ask me.

This website is easy to access and I don't have trouble. It also helps me with readings

It was a great experience, but I still don't understand when my record will be credited to my account.

After spending weeks doing the surveys putting in the time. Collecting my points only to then not be able to redeem them in any way shape or form.
This is a complete waste of time and in my opinion it is the company way of not paying out.
I have emailed twice and had no reply. Absolutely disgusting service.
