Excellent Product

I was amazed by how much this IPVanish product eliminated our buffering/freezing issues with our streaming service. It really works well and was easy to download and install. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is frustrated with their streaming service issues.

I cancelled subscription yet still billed

I cancelled my subscription in Jan when I got the email that my renewal was in Feb. And surprise!Today I get a notification that they billed me $99.99. I log into my account and go to subscriptions and lo and behold it is blank. Nothing to cancel but they took my money and claim they can't refund me because I'm not a new customer. Don't waste your money on this scam.

Ipvanish does exactly what it says.

I've had IPVanish for a few years and used it faultlessly in all that time, priced competitively and with their VPN's available worldwide, it's fantastic value for money. Great guns, but how are they if things go wrong, well they just have and the response from ipvanish was swift and relentless until my report was solved. 10 out of 10 ipvanish, glad I'm with you. Excellent VPN provider

I've been using IPVANISH for quite a few years now, I can count on one hand how often in all of that time that I had a temporary connection issue. The software is very stable and they constantly update it. Also pricing is great, very competitive with the other top VPN providers. You won't go wrong with IPVANISH.

Very Disappointing Experience

I had a terrible experience with IPVanish. My account was compromised, and I contacted their support as soon as I noticed the issue. Despite this being a security-related problem, it took them several days to respond.

When they finally replied, they refused to help and simply told me my account had been terminated — even though I still had five months left on my paid subscription. No proper explanation, no attempt to investigate the compromise, and no refund or resolution offered.

For a VPN service that claims to care about security and user privacy, this response was unacceptable. If your account is compromised, don’t expect timely support or fair treatment. I lost both my access and my money.

I would not recommend IPVanish based on how they handle customer support and account issues.

Used ipvanish for years, never again

Used ipvanish for years never again, turned of auto renew twice and it auto renewed twice (2 Years) both times and the FULL price package and had to fight to get a refund.
Never using again also any metadata can be subpoenaed by U.S courts so not as secure as other VPN's
